All aboard times at non tender ports of call is usually 30 minutes prior to departure. The description on line is a bit deceptive in that the 2 hours is only for initial embarkation.
No you can’t. They are not transferable and have to be used by the named guest. Best bet is to buy the daughters 2 meal specialty dining packages if they are too old to eat off of the kids menu.
It’s not calculated like that. It includes port fees, taxes and other expenses and they can vary all,the time. There is no correlation between the fees on two different cruises, especially if the ports are not identical.
One of the main dining rooms is open. No one discourages you from dining there. I have done it every time I have embarked and no one has ever said a word.

OP Your carry on bag should have any medicines and electronics that you are bringing on board and wise people keep it with them, they do not check those bags with the porters.
