Suggestions for Portland. Becky's for lunch and then a beer sampler at Shipyard Brewery. Becky's is just an old fashioned diner with a great seafood chowder and lobster rolls. Once you get to the street, it's about a half mile walk to your left along the waterfront.

Don't know what port you are sailing the Symphony from. If it's from Cape Liberty, the scooter will be in your room when you arrive. On the last day, just leave it in your room. You don't have any other options.

Just got home from the Liberty today on a 9 night cruise. We are D,+ and did not get the chef choice amenities. I did not think much of the LA , I had to chase him down multiple times to get our free wine gifts.

I know that but Royal isn't saying anything. As off 5 minutes ago, they insisted we're still on schedule.. 

Book of you are comfortable with the price. You can always reprice if the price goes down prior to final payment being made. Royal has sales every day of the year

Did you hear anything about the following Liberty voyage?. Its due in Bermuda on Saturday, then Turks/Caicos on Monday, and two stops in DR the next two days.

There had two pickups a few years ago  that were about a half mile away. One was by that famous hotel whose name escapes me now.

The water was very dirty when I was there three years ago.

You will walk along the waterfront as you leave the port area. Then make a left at Senor Frogs.

I agree completely  If the food is bad, I want to say so. Those comments should not affect the wait staff.

They did this past May.

Just looking for opinions on the above sailing keeping its original ports, Bermuda, Grand Turk, La Romana, and Puerto Plata. That new storm forming could be arriving in that area at the same time we'll be there. I hope that just don't flip it to a 9day NE?Canada sailing.

The main tourist areas are fine. They can go to Atlantis which is pricey, Margaritaville which is less pricey, or the zoo/botanical garden which is very reasonable and go to the bird cage and then watch the marching flamingos.

Definitely warm enough to go swimming. You can just browse thru this board for recommendations. We need to know your likes before making suggestions.

Bar Harbor is the best in my experience, but most ships are not going there any more.

I didn't walk out of it, but fell asleep within five minutes. It was the afternoon show, providing me a great nap. My wife had to wake me up when it was over.

Where do you want to sail from?. Many lines sail from NY/NJ area.

About a 15 minute walk or five minutes on the jitney.
