I was not pleased with the selection of the dinner items in the main dining room.  That definitely needs some improvement. My family was a group of 10 and all enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and lunch. Lots of good choices to try and enjoy.

Keep in mind that dinner menus are set by corporate. They are not ship dependent.

Would love to do that cruise.  We are going on a 9 day cruise to Bermuda/St Martin/ San Juan, and hopefully Labadee.

We're doing a 9 day Bermuda/Caribbean next month that included Labadee. They substituted Turks/Caicos. I consider that a winning upgrade.

I will definitely take my camera on this cruise and try to capture the statue with my 400mm lens.  Catching Liberty from Liberty!

You can get a good view while you are docked, but a zoom lens is a must. Sounds like you are covered. I'm doing two NE/Canada cruise next fall. Which one are you on?

  4. The parking situation when multiple ships use the port (May-Oct) is a little different. At these times the enclosed parking garage is used for accessible parking only. Outside parking is available and limited shuttle service to the terminal is provided.

Also, don't expect to sail by the Statue of Liberty. You will see her but the Port is past her on the Hudson River.

  5. I assume you're docked in Havensite. It's a five minute walk to the sky ride. It's an eight minute ride to town. Check out Geoffrey tours. He has a tour that will pretty much give you want you are looking for. He's very reasonable and I've used him many times. Never been disappointed.

    Hey everybody,

i’m still thinking about getting the beverage package, but I’m not sure if it really fits for me.

is Royal Caribbean serving beer in 12 oz or 16 oz?

    Thanks in advance

With basically unlimited drinks with the package, why would it even matter?

I have decided to purchase so I can obtain blocks for ships I've previously sailed.  Every time I gain an additional 70 points, it may not be on a ship that I currently do not have in my collection.

By purchasing, I assume you mean eBay? They do seem to have some good prices on the Voyager class of ships lately.

The online lunch menu for Hooked on Symphony includes a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a  Cheeseburger.  It is different from the menu posted above.   Never what info is accurate.

They also had a surf and turf option on our May sailing, filet mignon and lobster tail. It was great

Maybe you can get your table mate to order the same and you can swap with each other?
