  1. Just the opposite. They used to go to San Juan but substituted DR in 2024.
  2. Many thanks to the Saint John expert.
  3. I'm planning to take a taxi to the brewery in Saint John for a tour. How difficult would it be to get one for the return trip to the cruise port?
  4. Junkanoo beach is about halfway between Adrasta and the cruise port. Just walk down the hill and grab the jitney (mini bus). But stop at Fish Fry for some local beer and fish. It's right at the bus stop.
  5. Breakfast is only on the Quantum class ships.
  6. See post 21. Limes are in short supply everywhere.
  7. What southern port do you think you can get to from Bayonne in 5 days? Maybe Nassau or Coco Cay for a day visit? And what if there no docking space at those ports? It's unfortunate but weather happens. They have to visit a foreign port.
  8. You can actually get as many lobster tails you want after the first one. Each one is $16.95 each (and 18% gratuity).
  9. I assume you mean St. Thomas. Check out Geoffrey tours on Google. He's about half the price of the Royal tour. I highly recomend him. I used him many times and always had a great time. For him the 2 hours include about an hour or so of touring the island with a few photo ops and about a half hour at Mountain Top.
  10. Such problems. How did you ever survive? I hope you got at least $500 or more OBC to compensate for such a egregious offense.
  11. You can't predict when leaves turn. Mid October is a good time frame, but there are no guarantees. There are too many variables especially a year in advance.
  12. I wish someone would ask the captain at the 'Captain's Corner ' forum on the ship why this is happening. And do you think he would give an honest answer?
  13. About April. Sorry, but it was the 1/29 sailing. Dear Guest, To maintain a safe and comfortable speed along our journey, we’ll now have a sea day instead of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Additionally, we’ve adjusted our arrival and departure times for a few of our ports. While we’ll lose a little time in some of these stops, we’ve added an extra two hours in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas to explore everything this beautiful destination has to offer! We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Nevertheless, we’re excited to sail away with you! Below, please find our revised Anthem of the Seas January 29th, 2024 itinerary. 14. I got the same notice a couple of months ago about our 1/7/24 11 night Anthem cruise. Same bs, now going to only 4 ports instead of the usual 5 ports. They want to make our guest experience better. What's the chance of getting some,OBC to compensate?
  15. I know the feeling. Came back last Thursday on a b2b on the Liberty covering 14 days. By day 12 I was done. I think 10-11 days is my sweet spot.
  16. They were as of last week, welcome back, french, british, caribbean, italian.
  17. I think Royal has them out of Boston in 2024.
  18. There's a brewery about 15 minutes from the port. And the old market has some good stalls.
  19. Never saw anything out of the ordinary in ten NE/Canada cruises. How much room do your binoculars take anyway?
  20. Been on the Liberty for the past two weeks. definitely not here.
  21. They really don't make or break a cruise. You may remember the personable ones but will forget the robots or those who think very highly of themselves.
