@PalmBeach4When my daughter turned 18, her account was automatically updated. When my son turned 18 the following year, his points were spreadout over two accounts. It took a simple phone call to NCL to figure and straighten out.
Thank you for posting your experience.
Right now there are total 61 club balcony/balcony cabins left on our Jewel cruise next month and no movement yet on any upgrades.
Not always true. We just had four in a two bedroom Haven Suite on the Epic. There was a double point promotion and only my husband and I received the 28 points, our children receive 14 points.
Very valid point and important for those who like the sun and do not want to purchase a Vibe pass. Our Vibe passes have been reserved since last July so it did not play into our decision.
We are also cruising in February and looked at both of these cruises. While we love the Escape, we opted for the Encore as we prefer to leave out of Miami than Port Canaveral. That alone was our deciding factor since there are a lot more flight options (Miami and Fort Lauderdale) and hotel options for the Miami cruise.
Looking forward to the replies. We have been on the Joy twice and never tried this restaurant. However, we plan to try it next June as all of the young adults in our party (eight in total) like county music and want to eat there one night.
Happy to know the mini bus starts that early and they were willing to leave without a more full passenger load. Last time we took a private taxi there since they said they were going to wait for more passengers and we were anxious to get there.
I should of added to my above post that I too am very prone to motion sickness and with my sea bands, I have never had an issue in this location. Also, in early mornings, there is a coffee and pastry set up on both the port and starboard side on the waterfront .
Stayed in this location twice and very happy both times. Never heard any noise and being close to the Waterfront and DBH made us book the same cabin location the second time.
I also missed the comment about incorrect grammar. I think your trip reports are the best on Cruise Critic and we are all fortunate that you take the time to share your experiences with and without your dad. My husband and I would not be on the Jewel next month if it was not for you and your reports. As a thank you, I would love to somehow buy you a chocolate martini.
Again, have a wonderful time and looking forward to reading all about it.
