We have booked a pre cruise extension in Venice for the Mediterranean Odyssey next April and will be staying at the Hilton Molino Stucky. How will the Viking transfer from airport to hotel work? Will it be by boat from the airport to the hotel or will you be bussed to another location and then transferred by boat to the hotel? We have traveled independently to Venice before and have always taken a boat from the airport to our hotel. I’m hoping this is a similar experience.

Viking's My Viking Jouney website has been down all day. When I tried again a few minutes ago, Google gave me a warning that the site is not secure and the HTTPS certificate is expired: This might be related to the current ongoing cyber attack. Note that this is not the regular website but the one used for people with current booked reservations and contains all their personal travel information as well as booked tours, airline reservation booking numbers, passport information, etc.
