The tree skirt is a latch hook kit. If you want to learn to crochet. Look for a local yarn shop. A lot have beginner classes. If that isn't an option you tube is your friend. For any stitches I don't know knit or crochet there is a video for it. There is also a website Ravelry dot com that has patterns, forums etc. You might find someone close to you that would help. Many of the big box stores will have beginning supplies. Knitting and crochet are based on a couple of stitches and once you know those you can build your skills. Wash clothes are good starting project. Then scarfs. Any questions just ask. I am happy to help.

I did make the rug. My mother made the little tree.

Little Pooh Bear is leaving for her forever home on Sunday. Winnie and Robin (Tigger) are leaving for their homes Thursday. I will miss them but they are a handful right now.

For dogs, products like Simparica trio not only take care of fleas, ticks and heart worms but round worms as well. Tape worms come from fleas. Here in the south all dogs need to be on some kind of heartworm protection. If you have chickens pumpkin seeds are a natural dewormer.

I would check with your vet as to what to look and or test for. Some of the worms are transmitted by fleas not necessarily by eating things.

I may be odd but I like my dish or cable tv. All the different streaming services are very confusing. For us we have certain shows on certain nights such as last night was the Voice. Wednesday is survivor and amazing race. I wouldn't even know which streaming service would have those shows and when. My friend never knows what is happening because they don't get local news channels. Like I said we are probably the odd ones but it works for us.

My internet is $30 a month. It seems fast enough for us.

I am happy at how they turned out this year. I used a different yarn that I like better then last year.

You have inspired me to start a hat for my new step grandson. He really liked the one from last year. I didn't think I would have time this year but I can work it in. I finished the ornaments for a couple of people so I am ahead.

Best Thanksgiving show ever.

I clicked like as a show of support. I am hoping your country can be safe soon. I think of you every morning.

Those are bold colors but I really like them. Plus it is just paint. I keep rethinking the color we have in the main part of the house. If we redo the kitchen like I want we may repaint too.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I have my pre cooking finished. Bring on the Hallmark movies, and all the other Christmas movies. I love the holidays.

According to the formulary for my part D plan I can go with either Metformin or Jardiance. None of the other drugs seem to be covered yet. I will wait until the holidays are over before I go see about one or the other.

I may get desperate enough next year to just go ahead and pay for it. A couple of them are tier 3 on my plan so not full price.

Hopefully with the research showing other benefits of the drugs and more drugs being approved for weight loss like Wegovy the insurance companies will cover more. That is what I am hoping for anyway.

Holy c___p. No way would I pay that much for a turkey. I would have to go with "nothing leaner than a Thanksgiving weiner". Lol

Mine is 15 lbs. which will be enough for the 7 of us. We will have so many side dishes that a 15 lb one will do. I love Thanksgiving.
