That is a lot of work designing. I haven't done any dying but do spin and weave a little.

It is Peaseblossom by Boo Knits in Handmade Lino held with Shibui Silk Cloud. I have done a lot of Boo Knits. Right now I am working on her Halloween MKAL. The wedding put me way behind. I also have a couple of sweaters on the needles.

This is a shawl I made for my new daughter in law. It was a momento for the wedding. I can imagine 2 skeins of knitting lace weight tencel but getting so much use out of it makes it worth it.

I take my knitting. At least 2 projects also. I also bring a selection of my hand knit shawls to wear in the evening. Most sea days we are camped out near a pool, in the shade, with me knitting in between pool time. I also bring the organizer since I like seeing what I need at a glance and don't have to remember which drawer I stuck what in. I can see how it might not be for everyone. I can't help with space saving tips since I like to have choices in clothes, shoes and stuff and pack accordingly.

You have worn your nurses out. Lol. They are so adorable.

If people are really concerned about going green, leaving a small footprint etc. why are they even on a cruise website? They should be staying home, walking and freezing in the dark.

The wedding was perfect. Even with the proverbial glitches. I cried, I laughed, I danced and lost most of my voice. I am so happy for my son and his beautiful bride. I lost my phone for awhile so I will have to wait for the best pictures but I did manage to snap this one.

Keep us posted on here. So glad all went well. You will be feeling better quickly and springing forth soon.

Whew. I am exhausted. Fairy lights on tree, charcuterie boards ready, tents, dance floor, aisle runners up, still to do a million little things. Reversal dinner big success. Too much Moscato for me. Lol. Tomorrow is the big day. Whew.

@Sea Dogyour light shows are amazing. Super impressed with your talent. We don't get trick or treaters out where we live. It is chilly this morning but Friday is supposed to be nice for the wedding. A lot to do between now and then. When I was getting nails done there was a woman getting her nails done for her son's wedding on Friday. In Ohio. I said well at least it will be inside. No it will be outside. We all wished her well.

I will be thinking about you Friday. You will be running all.over Beyond before you know it.

I love that tree. We may not decorate much this year because Coal is a little active. Lol

The kittens are getting big. 6 weeks old now. They will go to their forever homes in 6 more weeks.

In America we do have a valid reason. It is called the 2nd Amendment.

Oh my that would be bad. I don't think Chip had time since I saw them right after they got inside.

I don't like flying because unless you fly first: Limited luggage you have to pay for. Sitting by people you don't know who are kind of creepy, smell and hog the arm rest. Having to make a big production to go pee and hope that when you really have to pee they don't have the fasten seat belt sign on. Having to.spend hours waiting for a flight attendant to show up, making you miss your connecting flight so you get to.spend the night in the airport.

Fun morning yesterday. Rearranging things in the guest bathroom I saw a little lizard. Caught him and put him in a nice bush. Was on the way to my closet with clean clothes when I saw Coal had something. Maybe a bird? No it was a chipmunk who was very active. I screamed at Coal who dropped the chipmunk and the race was on. Chipmunk running for his life, Coal wanting his toy back and I following screaming at the cat. The chipmunk ran up a curtain and perched at the top. I threw the cat in a bathroom keeping an eye on Chip, looking out for any other cats approaching and texted my husband "help". He came running in from his shop, I tossed him a towel and ran to get an animal box that I have on hand. In the box Chip went. In a few minutes we had all calmed down enough for me to examine him for damage. He checked out ok with no cuts and nothing broken so I put him outside far away from the cat pen.

I have returned from my fiber festival trip. I hope everyone is doing well and I haven't missed anything big. I did prove to my husband that knitting and collecting yarn are two separate hobbies. LOL

Off to North Carolina with several friends for a fiber fest. Think yarn and gadgets galore, plus a day at the Biltmore. I won't be able to check the boards often. Dani please stay safe.

Coal is relaxing today too.

She is so beautiful.

I keep my nails fairly short but always have the dip manicure on them. I go every other week to get them done. Lately i have been going with the chrome look. I guess people do notice since I am always getting compliments on them. I work with animals so need short, stronger nails and the dip really keeps them from breaking.

All these breaks are amazing. I don't think we even got one day off for Columbus Day. We just went to school and studied Chris and all the other explorers. No Fall Break, maybe a little time off around Easter, Thanksgiving long weekend and a week at Christmas. School started after Labor Day and was finished before June.
