  1. I believe the "private driver" in the DR would be a person that drives you around the Dominican Republic.
  2. It goes like this: Me-"My muster station is?" Security- "Station "C"." Me- "Thank you." I never stop moving to hold up any queue that may or may not be there.
  3. As you board and encounter your first ship's security person, ask them for the location of your Muster Station. Muster stations are located on deck 7, Promenade deck. Muster station "A" is located in the Princess Theater, then B, C, D etc moving aft on deck 7. Knock that out as soon as you board and then watch the muster movie on your smart device while you have lunch waiting for your room to open.
  4. Ta's hold blocks of rooms for their sales and they will show as booked until the TA gives up the rooms for general booking.
  5. Sealed non-alcoholic drinks are ok.
  6. IIRC, there are QR codes for the bar you are in on the tables.
  7. seeing how the last post was 8 months ago, contact them directly.
  8. I was given 2 reservation cards by my steward telling me when and where to show up for dinner.
  9. As others have said, use the door hanger. In my experience, deliveries have always been on time. You can always do minor customizations by adding bacon, sausage or a simple omelet.
  10. Yes, a 12-pack of non-alcoholic drinks per passenger is good. Hand carry/carry on bag is correct. You can also buy soda at almost any port and bring it onboard.
  11. It may well be that all the west coast lost and found items end up with SC having to sort it out and reunite lost items with their owners. PCL also uses a third party to handle their lost and found issues.
  12. Every ship seems to have a different location for the juice bar.
  13. For all the hoops I am jumping through, I deserve it. Lesson learned!
  14. @Bgwest- Thank you again for this info. I called the Crown, and these are indeed working numbers. It rang quite a few times and then went into elevator muzak. It clicked and rang again and I got a real human on the line. long story short, they DO have the phone and will be making arrangements to return it. @PacnGoNow- you are also a star with your info! Don't have the phone in my hands yet, but it looks good! Thanks again everyone!
  15. Thanks BG! I will give this # a try soon! Also going to have TA see what she can do. Lots of good lost and found info here!🙂 Thanks again to all for their ideas.
  16. Your report has been entered into our lost and found database. Your lost Report ID: Click here to edit your report Please be advised that there may be delays in returning lost items during the next 60 days due to the COVID19 epidemic. We will secure all found items and address your lost report in the order in which it was received. I find it funny (not funny) that they are still using Covid as a crutch for delayed customer service. Thanks again!
  17. Thanks- I just filed a claim with Chargeback. They appear to be the handlers for lost and found. I'll follow this up in the morning with a call to the # you listed. Again, thank you!
  18. Help! While waiting in the casino ready to disembark, I left my phone on a slot machine. Yep, we were t5old to disembark and I got up and walked away leaving my phone behind. Does anyone have the phone number to the Crown and I can talk to lost and found? I don't think that calling Santa Clarita would provide positive results. Thanks in advance!
  19. Or is it even available on the Grand?
