    It was full. Mama Mia was cancelled for the week. MDR efficient w/ the exception of staff having time to mingle. Great cruise.

    Love it...the 'stop gap' move in 2007 raising the pilot retirement age to 65 bought them 5 years...guess we're only 10 years into the pilot shortage.

    Mama Mia was cancelled last week on Allure. No specific reason given...doubt it was due to lack of interest lol.

    As long as it’s stated up front, people can choose whether to participate or pass. Probably not a bad idea for the organizer to have some ‘proof’ in writing to avoid the thirsty ambulance chaser from ruining the party should the opportunity arise.

    Agree. Even if we don't get early check-in, we weigh the risk/reward of showing up early and have had success.

    Don't kid yourself either, as you indeed missed the entire point....not slamming any demographic of cruisers, nor will I....to each their own.

    IMO, cruising Carnival compares to going to Walmart. Walmart has a lot of items that fill a need, and generally at a reasonable price point...but not where we always want to hang out, and certainly not the only place to shop.
