When we did Scenic river cruise they had restriction of 1 suitcase & one carryon PP it was in the fine print You had to be able to store them in your cabin that is probably why they have restriction ..river boats do not usually have extra space for storing suitcases like ocean ships Even then I think most cruise lines limit the luggage to 200lbs I manage with 1 26" bag each & 1 carry on YMMV

I did not find Crystal to be luxury no classic cocktails in the included drinks, do not ask the bar staf to make one unless it is alcohol with a mixer they do not know how evening buffet closed ... the farce of the meat buffet was just annoying You sit there waiting for the skewers of meat to come around to the table that is not luxury Luxury?? What is Luxury anyway?

Do you get OBC just for booking a cruise or is it a loyalty OBC/promo ? We did get $100 OBC from AQSC for our first booking but that was the only time

They may or may not increase The wording has been used before & some cruises do increase but some just stay the same If you see something you like book it & it no increase then cancel if you are not sure you really want to go As long as you are not in the penalty period for that sailing

maybe contact them they might be able to have transportation waiting for you
