So if you sail with your mother on the cruise you turn pinnacle, maybe your spouse can cruise in her own cabin? Would you both become pinnacle at the loyalty celebration? Not sure.

Only a couple of ships still allow D+ in the Concierge Lounge. Drinks in both C lounge and D+ Lounge count against your 5 free. We seldom go to the lounges anymore m. If you are in a Grand Suite and above you will get unlimited drinks in the Suite or Concierge Lounges.

It happened to us but may have been different. Our daughter cruised with us at age 20 and was diamond. After the cruise she was reduced to Emerald. It turned out that they reduced her to the status I was at the last time she had cruised wirh me so was fair.

I think the $100 change fee only applies up until final payment date? I would love to know if I am incorrect though.

Why is a pizza pictured on Giovanni's lunch reservation page for all ships? I have only seen that great pizza in Giovanni's Italian Kitchen and know better but it is misleading. (I love GIK) Will you ever bring back Hot Rock to the non hibachi Isumi's? It is still mentioned on some of the ship's descriptions but I have not found it on any current ship menus. Thank you.

Odyssey is Giovannis is Gionanni's Kitchen not Gionanni's Table. Kitchen is so much better!

Only open at noon on sea days. On embarkation Giovanni's, BBQ, and JR should serve lunch.

The poster asked about Giovannis Italuan Kitchen which is not Giovannis. It has pizza and a very different menu than above and is only on 3 ships. We ate there multiple times while on Odyssey.

I would be careful with Friends and Family discount complaints since the employee who gives the discount can lose that benefit.

Our daughter showed diamond when she cruised with us age 20, shoukd have been lower. She received the benefits on that cruise. To het disappointment, after that cruise she was reduced to Emerald and has to catch up her points to get to diamond. Not sure how/ why. Well I know the why since it was wrong.

It was open for lunch on my sailings but I am sure can vary depending on staffing and passenger capacity. Looking up current 3 day it opens at 11 all three days.

If you do make sure you rented the whole shuttle. We did that and ended up waiting for the party of 2 who had also reserved and got on 20 minutes past scheduled time. Very frustrating.

In our experience taxis are already in quie so if you are in a hurry they will be quicker. We also use lyft/uber, but would not call for the uber until you are outside. It is not that hot that early in the day. Have been stuck with that cancellation fee before by not getting out there in time.

We have received that message on two sailings. The first time, no upgrade. The second time we ended up being assigned the day before we sailed.

If you like to try the specialties I think it is worth it on Navigator. Hooked, Chops, Jaimies, Izumi, Johnny Rockets, and Playmakers all included. On sea day and embarkation days Hooked, Jamies, and Chops will be open for lunch. On port days Johnny Rockets and Playmakers serve lunch. So that is 8 meals.That being said, the MDR is also good, Windjammer buffet is fine, and free El Loco Fresh is also very good. Promenade has pizza and nice small offerings. Room service is reasonably priced.

We just sailed with UPD and Izumi covers the set price. Our Playmakers would have been close to $20 each so it was covered with upd.

We got that e act same email for our Navigator sailing last week and no upgrade. Intetestingly, while in line in a shop the lady in front of me said she was buying things since she did not get her 2 bedroom upgrade. My email was also for the 2 bedroom g.s.

We sail tomorrow and I received an email yesterday saying our bid is still pending. It explains how we will hear by 7 p.m. eastern time and what to do if we have already boarded and receive an upgrade. It also says if we want we can cancel our offer and has the link. . I have not seen an email like this before------always a yes or no. All cabins except interior are showing sold out so I am sure we will be in our assigned room.
