I agree with the above. I would be more concerned with a false negative on an older test kit. The fact that it is positive means you have it. IMHO I wouldn't let medical know either since you are almost done. Makes more sense to wear some masks, disembark and then drive straight home. Sorry you won't be able to see relatives, though.
