I really enjoyed your review! This will be our first time on Norwegian!. We leave May 29. I liked the idea about walking outside on the Waterfront. We are staying in the Haven. I did not know we could skip to the front of the line! Thank you for the great tips and pictures!

We are going to stay in a Haven Spa stateroom. What is a OS, DOS and a GV please? I too was wondering about bottled water and soft drinks with the beverage package. Thanks

It is also my understanding that there are no reserved seats in the theater. First come, first served.

We are in the Haven on The Getaway in May. We are in H9. We are supposed to get the unlimited drink package, the meal package, 250 min of Wi Fi and $50 off 4 shore excursions. We have never cruised Norwegian before so we are looking forward to it!.

We are sailing on the Getaway May 29. The Million Dollar Quartet is a great show! I have seen it several times in Chicago. One night in 1956 four artists were in Sun Records studio in Memphis at the same time: Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, Elvis and Johnny Cash. The show does appeal to people of all ages, even teenagers who are not so familiar with the music. Not sure about a seven year old, but it is a play, very high energy, dramatic and funny at times. Of course the music is wonderful!!

It's such a fun show! I am excited too! Will see it on the cruise leaving May 29th!

Per the NCL Facebook page, MDQ will start on the Getaway May 15. It is not posted to make reservations yet. Surely any day now they will post the show so we can make reservations.

The concierge I am working with said that we would get an email when we can book MDQ. He does not know anything else at this time.We are 90 days out for the cruise on May 29. The first day of the show per the Facebook notification was May 15. Hopefully they will make it available soon.

I hate it for you. MDQ is a fabulous show. I have seen it many times. They have a National Touring Company, and fixed shows in Vegas and Branson Missouri. They just closed in Chicago after almost 8 years. Hopefully they will put something just as good on the Escape. I was hoping to cruise the Escape too, but will not now.
