Please tell me what I should worry about? Kids in the Solarium?

I was 10 years old and got out when the water was up to my waist. I didn't see it, but I heard the story from someone that a neighbor went back and saw all the tanks exploding and the trailers on fire. I got poison ivy a few days before this happened and in all the excitement I lost whatever medicine I had for it, and we couldn't see a doctor right away. It was irritating to say the least.

Thanks. Since we will be on the Millie in January it will be the perfect time to see if we like the ship. The only thing I may miss is Murano. But if they offer the Daniel Boulud dinner maybe that will make it up for it.

How far ahead would you suggest booking a Japan cruise on the Millie? Since prices go up and down. It probably wouldn’t be the popular cherry blossom cruises, too cold. But would you book now and/or when the schedule is published or wait to see if prices go down? We would probably book Aqua class. It depends how our next cruise on Millie goes in the Retreat. Am I right if you book through Celebrity and the price changes before final payment that you can get a price adjustment?

I saw a quick video of the Millie solarium. It looked quite small compared to Eclipse? Not many loungers? Does it get crowded?

And on Millie it’s a heated bench not individual seats like on S class? I’ve seen pictures of both. I swear I’ve seen pics of Millie’s spa on X.com showing individual loungers so perhaps a mistake of the website. Or I need new glasses.

Getting a massage does NOT let you use the spa correct?

How often does the spa pass go on sale? It’s about $30 pp pd now. $339, maybe cheaper on board? We’re in the Retreat not Aqua.

If you listen to SOME people here, they will tell you that Celebrity is elitist because there are different categories on the ship. Me, I think elitist is a cruise line with $50,000 suites. Others will say only “real” suites are important not Sky Suites. Whatever. I’m still in the Retreat. Anyone can book an inside cabin and buy a spa pass or specialty restaurant.

So either our TA was wrong or she was able to convert them. She applied $800 credit. Total was $900 but we lost $100 in OBC.

Our TA sent me a strange email today saying we have a $450 credit each with Royal Caribbean. We’ve never booked with RC only X. I’m asking for details but has anyone ever heard of this? We had a Covid cruise canceled two years ago but this is the first I’ve heard about these vouchers.

Maybe that crude show is supposed to appeal to the younger crowd?

I was happy with the Eclipse S-class. Just the right size and number of restaurants.

I had Schramsberg today. It’s good too but you won’t find it on board.

The additional. I’ve only been on maybe 4 cruises but Cellar Masters is the only place I can consistently get it. There may be other places too. I don’t remember it in the Retreat on the Beyond.

I guess they can dance at least? Watching people dance in the 90s was painful.

You people are funny. I listen to early music. Music from the 1400s so of course I think no one should listen to anything newer than JS Bach. Ever. Mozart was an over indulged spoiled brat. And before 1989 TS or after? Why can’t you listen to both? Adele is ok I guess.

Well I enjoy good music, so I don't see the problem with Frank Sinatra. Columbia Years or later? Your grandkids will talk about how they had to listen to ABBA. I heard from a friend that Celebrity is going to switch over to Taylor Swift 24/7 soon.
