We layed back down but didn't really fall back asleep. Just wasting time at this point lol. I thought I lost my check from the casino for $500. I tore the room apart looking for it. For some reason I thought it was a good idea to store it in my suitcase 😒

Croquetta sandwich from the deco deli. Not a big fan of ham but I wanted to try it. Not my favorite but again not a big fan of ham so you may like it.

Not the OP but also onboard this week. Wifi calling is still blocked for some arbitrary reason. Carnival is the only line I am aware of that blocks it.

They've done a great job separating the two sections on this ship. I don't care for duck so the duckies don't have to worry.....the cookies on the other hand are already all gone.🤣

Good afternoon. M hit another jackpot last night for a little over 2k. She is now up for the cruise but we have three days to go so hopefully she can make it last. Gonna find a small bite to eat for lunch because we have 530 dinner reservations at Rudi's. We leave st.maarten at 4 with a 330 all aboard time so I don't think we are even going to bother getting off the ship today.

Dinner was very enjoyable. The portions were not as over the top ridiculous that you usually get at a teppenyaki. I even went for extra rice when it was offered. I did not leave hungry though.

You get everything on the menu, the only thing you order are your mains. Choose two each additional is $15.

I was in the room starving and trying to behave when a knock came on the door. Casino delivered some cookies. I took the bate and ate one. Why must you tempt me 🤣

I'm good with dishes, I just place them in the hall. But the empty paper cup I didn't throw away rushing out the door was a sloppy cleanup. My sweet spot is $2-3 a spin in slots. I don't think it makes a difference odds wise just the best for stretching my bankroll while still awarding prizes that are exciting. Ten times my bet on $.30 is great but it's only $3. Hard to get excited about that lol. Always do max bet on a machine that requires it for the top prize. Otherwise the house edge on a machine is even higher than the ridiculous amount it is set to. I also do video poker at $10 a hand but there us at least some skull involved not entirely chance.

Interesting. I've never noticed any of them working past 1 and usually done by 12:30. My guy still has his cart in the hallway but that's just because he is waiting on the sleepy heads 😆. Still a new team working together so perhaps they will get into a groove by then. The food was awesome.

Niether does M. But I will have 8 days without her to go again 😁 Across many ships since the restart I have had a number of them not offer PM or offer and them just come whenever anyway. It makes me think the directive is coming from carnival not a ship specific thing. We are going to speak to guest services and see if evening service is an option because this is not working. The cleaning standards are not there either, I'm not sure if he is in general not good at his job or if he is in such a rush to get done but it is not working out.

The weather was gorgeous for a nice stroll around San Juan. It is usually miserablely hot but not today. We stopped in a few shops and a restaurant. I didn't eat since I ate already but I wish I had I'm pretty hungry right now. Doing teppenyaki tonight so I will be glad I resisted the urge to chow down.

I'm getting a lot of attitude from Stewart. I don't appreciate feeling like I am an inconvenience for staying in my room all morning. Evening service is not an option he does not do that. Great, enjoy hanging out all day waiting for us to leave then. I am a very go with the flow type of person and I have never felt this dissatisfied with the service from Stuart. I may need to escalate but I don't think it is going to do anything but make everyone walk on pins and needles around me. That's not what I want. I want the quality friendly service I used to receive.

I really enjoyed the food. The portions were smaller than I expected but I certainly didn't leave hungry. But the service was not even close to ok. It wasn't even just how slow it was, everyone just seemed completely disinterested in being there. It was very surreal. I will definitely be back, but for the food not the warm service 😅
