  1. Seems others are having same problems since yesterday. Updates over the weekend and recently seemed to have cause issues. Wait till Monday and see if it corrects itself. Don’t do anything.
  2. Never create another account or try to link. Have him sign into the website and enter his details and do the website version of the App. He can log in using name and booking number if email and pw doesn’t work. You may need to call in to fix the account if it still doesn’t work. I wouldn’t call on the weekend. I’d call on Monday after 6 am PT.
  3. I wouldn’t touch anything. Others reported it also. They seem to do updates going into the weekend every week and it causes many glitches. If you had a green prior, then you have completed your checkin. Have fun.
  4. I’ll add..print your new luggage tags with the correct cabin number, or write the correct one on your current tags before you hand off to the porters.

  7. They’re mailed 21 to 14 days before. We usually get ours about 12 days before sailing date.

  10. So the OP should see if his current booking can be refared with Princess, or I would check that for sure. And if it is … the current sale through today. If not, they should be able to cancel since final payment has not been made and get their refundable deposit back. Not sure what promos they have currently and new promos with the new booking. They could then book a new booking online and have the agency pick up the booking tomorrow..if they’re closed now. If they are open now, call and book it with them. I was concerned this might be the sale that’s over today.
  11. You say the fare went down? Is this the sale that ends today? I’d call Princess right now and check, as tomorrow may be too late. IDK If you call tonight, see if PCL can refare this booking for you. The TA may be closed now? Or, if TA is open, call them now, don’t wait till tomorrow. I’ve booked online and called my agent to pick it up. Yes, you can see your booking and the cruise personalizer whether you book direct or a TA. Yes, you can bid also.

  13. Of course there’s confusion! They expect guests & crew to learn by word of mouth? Updates online should have the effective dates, prices, package details and T & C. If you’re eliminating a package, then say so. So, who did you talk to? Princess rep by a phone call? The ship’s crews seem to be confused also. I still am. Did she say they discontinued the coffee package? And soon the classic soda package? Is the Zero Alcohol package supposed to take the place of these soda and coffee packages? Very expensive if you just want coffee. Thank you for the info. I’m happy they have resolved your problem.
  14. Go to cruise personalizer on the website, onboard services, wine and spirits, scroll down for spirits. My DH orders Jack Daniels 375ml $28. He doesn’t drink much either. Will be delivered to your stateroom, or a card for you to call RS when you want it delivered. Launderettes, no issues for us. You can take laundry pods or powder to use, dryer sheets etc, or buy them there. $3 a wash and $3 a dry. You scan your medallion and receive tokens to use there.
  15. That would be a nice gift for Elites. A 5 pk set of reusable princess metal straws. Oops, I forgot, they don’t give us gifts. We have to play games to get gifts. 🙄
  16. I heard they also let a b2b guest exchange their mini bar for 2 coffee packages, like they have been doing all along. They also told them the next sailing it would be the same, if they wanted. Do they say this is the new beverage package? I wanted to know if the Enchanted is doing the same, but no one has responded. We will be on there next week. Do you know anyone on that ship now? TIA

  18. The coffee package is still being sold on the Discovery this week as well as next week. Not on Sky or Regal. IDK if the others have discontinued them. I’m interested in Enchanted, which sailed today, but haven’t heard yet.
  19. There are so many changes going on for the ships…I’m not surprised. The only ship that I’ve heard that is continuing to sell the coffee card and switch from mini bar to the coffee card is Discovery. So far, Regal and Sky said it’s discontinued the coffee card. We will know about the Enchanted later today, as it sails another cruise today. IDK about your soda card, I’ve seen threads about the soda package on the CC threads also. If you’re OB, check with GS. I’ve heard they are having computer issues. Probably because of all the changes. So crazy!
