Isn’t this the one that an TA in the UK is controlling all the cabins? Like a charter cruise. You may be notified by PCL, IDK. Since it’s so far out, they may release unsold seats after FP, or they may just hold them at the TA, if they have bought them all. Who knows? I am with you, I’d look at another cruise too. Maintenance? It was in drydock this May, I believe. They shouldn’t make things up. SMH

Don’t delete the old one yet. Give it another day and just try on your smartphone. Go to your App store, search Princess Travel. Then download it. It’s the square blue App, no circle around the seawitch. It looks different inside the App, than the old one.

Sounds like they led you to register for a new account. They will need to delete the new one and restore your old CC number. If you have a TA or CVP they may be able to help, if needed. Never register for an account or link booking numbers. Causes so many problems. You may not even realized it. Could they correct the new App too in 24 hours? 🥴

Once OB, it should recognize your status. Go on the App and buy it. Easy. Will go against your folio and any obc. NP

It was $20 pp with champagne and $10 without. You would have to check once OB to see if and when it will be offered. They usually have it on longer cruises, not sure about the 7 day, if that’s yours. It is a white glove service, with fancier pastries and sandwiches. It usually is held in the center of the piazza (circle), if the ship has one. Sometimes it could be held in a different venue. Tbh, I’d just do the free afternoon tea in the MDR, on sea days, as there is already a huge amount of food and very nice. She would probably love it. Most of the MDR teatime’s they wear white gloves also, except once, that I recall. We usually do tea time on our balcony or room because it’s an elite benefit we enjoy.

Same here. But, the ship was full and I think it was pending because a cabin could have opened last minute, with a cancellation.

Look at your loyalty level, if correct, you could log in and buy it. Or, if his loyalty is correct on the old App, why not buy it on there? You can also buy OB.

Did you increase your owner’s suite bid or cancel it? Sounds like you have a chance. There may be an owners suite available and they’re going for the highest bidder. If you bid a little higher you may get that. Not sure if penthouse is available. Let us know.

Then, you are in the green lane, as long as you get your OM, before sailing. Make sure to order your OM. If you receive it, you’re green or if you pickup at port, then you’re blue lane. Mine does show ours as the order completed and a history of the order.

Nope. The new App, currently, only shows your next cruise. Profile, worked to show all cruises on the old App. If you want to see other cruises booked, you have to log in with the booking number of each cruise. Pain. Really hope they UG this.

Most of our inaugural sailings, the cruise lines have taken their MOST experienced crew members throughout different departments. So, you should have great service. Because they are new ships, there will be a learning curve due to the huge differences in the ship layout, etc. Some ships sail pre inaugural with corporate employees, press, etc and practice on them first. IDk if this will happen with the Sun.

You can ask the DRO/Head waiter to give you the same table each night. Most of the ships have told us to see the hostess at the podium on your way out. They will enter it in the computer.

The dining may not have opened yet. But, 30 days out? I wouldn’t trust that info. Check with others on your roll call, as they may post when dining opens. Also, follow the thread, Sun Princess, there should be information on the dining opening up.
