So just want to be proactive. It has been so long since we travelled that I am out of practice and stressing out more than normal.

I think guest services or the person working in the ilounge computer center will be able to help you check in and print your boarding passes.

The baked goods at Al Bacio are included in your cruise fare. At least for now.

When the “ specialty dining “ was in its early stages, the added fee was supposedly to pay the staff in the specialty restaurants for the “ added “ service . Now he we are paying $$$$$ for specialty restaurants + 20 % gratuity.

Can anyone share their recent pick up experience by a car service when disembarking at Port Everglades ?
 

Trying to weigh the option of drop off / pick up for a cruise as opposed to parking on site. I know the drop off is pretty easy, I am concerned about the pick up experience, congestion , driver finding us etc…..

That schedule would be waaaayyyyyyy to close for me. I would figure out something else allowing a larger cushion of time , just in case.

I had an issue with my CCL shareholder credit not showing up on my itemized statement that HAL emailed to me. I called and asked for the CCL credit to be included on the statement and emailed to me. They took care of it right away.

We always pay gratuities in advance and usually give extra in cash , during or at the end of the cruise. 
In 15 cruises give or take , there has only been one time where we were extremely disappointed with our cabin steward, that said the extra gratuity we we usually pay was minimal.

Not a particularly notable dinner, even without your disasters! One and done.

 

PS, the best lamb on the ship was in Canaletto. Where the officers prefer to eat.

Where did they catch the catch of the of the day ? Off the back deck ? 🤣
