@mrobinson From Stazione Marittima to railway station Santa Lucia you have a lot of walking. From cruise terminal to People Mover 10 to 15 minutes, People Mover just one stop, so a few minutes and then Piazzale Roma to train station minimum 20 minutes. An other possibility is People Mover to Tronchetto and Vaporetto to train station. Less walking but Not really faster I guess.

@KTV Dubrovnik and Sorrento are tender ports. Siracusa and Messina I do not know.

In 2022 we spent 6 weeks = 4 cruises on Azamara ships. And I can tell you we enjoyed every single minute. lisiamc explained it very well. Next week we will embark again for another 2 weeks. For me the people - crew and guests - and also the ports make it such a wonderful experience. And we have also travelled with other lines.

Last summer there was a complimentary bus from port to Ravenna center and back.

Patmos - dock directly in town Rhodes - I just know Heraklion (not with Azamara) it is walkable but also enough taxis Crete Chania - tender into old port - no shuttle, in 2019 we docked in Souda because of bunkering water, there was a shuttle provided Mykonos - tender into old port - no shuttle Chios and Kos I have not been by ship

@fraj1 We visited some of them with Azamara. As you are mostly tendered no shuttles necessary. Which ports do you want to know?

The ports website says Moll Barelona for Journey on 2 - 3 June.

We received travelling documents for Azamara troughout our TA (it is in German as we do live in Austria). Terminal Benito Quinquela Martin is in Buenos Aires. But there is also an information attached how to get to port of Barcelona. I usualy use website of port of Barcelona where you find a forecast of arrivels on bottom of the site. https://www.portdebarcelona.cat/en/web/port-dels-negocis/165 Moll Barcelona = World trade center And after arrivial in Barcelona I look up at marinetraffic.com where the ship is docked.

I also got this mail and I am fine with it. But there where several mistakes in. For example the terminal for embarkation was given the name of one in South America not Barcelona.

As far as I remember a how to deal with Internet on the ship is given with the information you find at your stateroom on embarkation day.

I had the same experience this morning. Our cruise starts on May 30. Now I see the booking but it says: CHECK-IN UNAVAILABLE We’ll email you when you can check in online. I will talk to our TA tomorrow because I do have nothing than the receipt of payment .

@Riocca My experience is nearly the same. I sign in at azamara.com and everything is correct. We I open my upcoming cruise and switch to 'Manage my booking' I am forwarded to seaware.azamara.com. Here I have no loyalty status and 0 points and an new member number. So for me it seems that the new booking engine is not yet working properly.

Mine is showing nearly € 1.000, but I do not care - I have the recipt of payment of my TA and also spoke to them. We are not the only ones so just calm down @ghstudio. I'm looking forward to embark soon and will have an other wonderful experiance on an Azamara ship.

There are two airports in Istanbul - Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Flughafen (SAW). We also thought about booking this cruise so I found out the best way whould be a taxi. There are a lot of taxis in Istanbul.

@luv2travel90266 We are planning to do this on our next cruise in Spain and Portugal. So I have some questions. Did you finish your bottles at the restaurant? Is it possible to leave it, if not finished, like the bottles bought on board? Do you think it is possible to cool the wine in the fridge in the room, or are they too small? Thanks in advance, Beate

A fried of mine is Chef in her own restaurant and spent Easter in Chiogga. And she was really happy there about the place, people, food and wine.

I had the same problems two weeks ago. It looks as it is a problem, where you are at home. My husband, who is an IT Pro, detected the problem, that when your home country is not one of those listed in "Country Selection" on the end of Azamara website, it will not work. We live in Austria and if we tried the booking with an adress in Germany - that worked. So we booked with an Travel Agency. And everything is fine now - I see the booking also in my account on the website.

Last summer Journey docked at gate 12 - Lions Gate.

Windows Café is open in the afternoon. Last time we had lunch around 3pm.
