  1. How many of you out there felt that the ship smelled like a cesspool in many locations?
  2. I chose the cruise for the itinerary, which was great! I went to a beach every day. So, it wasn't a total loss. But the food was just good and not great. The staff were wonderful and work very hard. But, I don't thing that I will return to HAL.
  3. I was wondering the same thing! I thought that maybe they are afraid of the scathing revues to come. I just got off the Eurodam and it smelled like a cesspool in many parts of the ship. Our cabin was very hot. After speaking to others on the cruise I found out that there were many with these issues. The only cold spot on the ship was outside of the dining room on deck two. It was freezing there.

  6. Can anyone tell me about deck 8? Is there vibration or soot? I have never sailed in an Aft and am wondering.
  7. I think that my girl is kind of useless. She told me that she can only email them. And, who knows if she really does? I have one more booked in November and will have to see how it goes. My last cruise was supposed to be free drinks everywhere. It took 3 days with going back from the desk and the casino to finally make it happen. Then, they said that it was just for me! I had to get drinks 2 at a time.
  8. I too have gotten some great offers, but the inability to speak directly with a casino rep is driving me away. I tried to email them and got a response 4 months later. Ridiculous! Although I hate NCL's casino fee of $20 a day, at least I can speak to a host and know what exactly can be done for me.
  9. I booked one for a January cruise. They will not allow the credit to be used. I was told that it was "equipment", therefore, not ☹️
  10. I am a casino traveler. Don't think for one moment that we are worth less that a full paying customer. Lots of times we may end up paying a lot more that a standard fare. And, are we not entitled to working facilities?
  11. Anything less than a full refund is unacceptable for this situation. A FCC is a joke! After all of the aggravation, why would they want to do another HAL cruise??? I too am close to being done with HAL because of their customer service, or should I say lac of. I had a problem with my perks. I got absolutely no where with them even though I showed them a print out. When you go to the desk with an issue, it should be resolved. Not for me! They sent strawberries to my room and did nothing to fix the drink package that I was SUPPOSED to have!
  12. My PCC told me that she has no communication with the casino either. This is ridiculous. They just send the, "we are busy and will get back to you soon", but they never do.

  14. I got an invite for one of the cruises in February. Can anyone offer any info about it? I did go on a $50,000 slot cruise a few years back, but there were no other prizes and gifts.
  15. I give up. I wish that they had a phone number that would allow us to speak to a person. And, yes I am using the e-mail on the website.
  16. I just go off the ship on Friday. Be sure to go to the Legends concert. Tina Turner was amazing!

  18. I hate having to pay that casino fee too, but if I can get a Bermuda cruise from my home port😎
  19. I just got this offer today. Unfortunately, too late for the parade! There is no availability on anything that interests me.
