I always used to pay up front, but not anymore. I had to cancel a cruise because I had COVID. Everything went to FCC and I lost it all because it was only good for a year.

Years ago, you could order a pizza for $5.00 and have it delivered anywhere on the ship. I really miss that!

Just a quick up date. Sadly, there was no hard seltzer on the Reflection. They did have Truley strawberry/lemonade. Gross. Could only drink one or two.

Is there someone from the "casino Dept." to actually speak to? There were some major problems on my last cruise, and there was no one to speak to. My PCC was useless, and I don't feel that she even tried to help me. I am wondering if I can drop her and use someone else? I usually get good offers from HAL, but with NCL and Celebrity I can speak to a casino person if I want to.

I just received an offer in the mail for a complimentary Oceanview stateroom. But, there are prices in it??? There is also a QR code to scan for additional complimentary cruise, but there are prices there too. Am is missing something?

I got the same thing. I earned about 4500 points. And, you are right, I am getting lousy offers! They seemed very disorganized too. I had a free drink package that I practically had to beg to use. After several days of arguing with them, they finally took the charges off my account. Then they said that it was just for me. So, I guess that my Husband was supposed to watch me drink.

I was on this ship in November. I was a casino invited guest. I had a complimentary drink package. Unfortunately, it took 3 days for anyone to acknowledge it! The main desk blamed the casino, and the casino blamed the main desk. I showed the the print out that I had brought with me and still nothing. On the forth day the drink charges were removed, BUT now I was told that the drink package was only for me and that my Husband would have to pay for his drinks! I have never heard of such a thing. A casino invite is for me and my guest. Was he supposed to sit and watch me??? I told my rep about this when I returned. I have heard nothing from HAL. Disappointing. Also, We only eat in the main dining room twice because the service was so slow.

Sadly, the fee is true. No one else charges it either that I am aware of. I usually only get the certificate to go on the Boston to Bermuda cruise because it is so close to home!

I just picked up my certificate on Friday. It seems that once you get an offer, you should get one every 6 months.

Why do they give slot pay and not a cruise with it??? Just got of the New Statendam with $750 slot play. I was thrilled, but learned that I would have to pay for a cruise. There was a lot of confusion on the ship. It took 3 days for them to activate my drinking package even through I presented the e-mail. Then, I was told that it was for me only. So, was my Husband supposed to watch me drink? This has never happened to me on Norwegian. Maybe time to got back.

I also think that it depends on which port you sail from. I am sapphire and a casino guest. In Miami, there was a separate area, and we boarded early. Not the same case for Boston. We checked in early (priority), but you still sit with the masses. No group one, just what ever they were handing out at the time. The hold area in Boston is small, so maybe that is why?

Has anyone gotten this offer? I received mine today and Bermuda is NOT included for the summer☹️Don't they know that the New England crowd want this???
