2 times before COVID and one canceled because of COVID. Would go again for sure if flights are good. We end up near Mardi Gras and flight and hotels get up in prices. Out of PC no problem.

A couple years ago kids meal did arrive when the show was over. She didn't want it anyway. Good advice to order early.

So my PCC(NCL) was randomly assigned maybe from when I called with a question has been great. She just reached out a few days ago about our upcoming cruise. Anyway, this is what she did for us last year. I had been looking at prices/watching and I get random call from her saying she can help us(I'm the biggest skeptic). She was able to apply 10% off. I wasn't owed anything from NCL that I hadn't already received from our canceled cruise. Saved us about $400.00. If I have a quick question I call the main line and someone always spends the 5 minutes I need. Also I can do everything/add, online without her. One thing I was told is if you book online they don't get the commission! I look up prices and rooms and then call her. Last year I change ships/ports 3 times because I hated the flights and she was never not helpful! I'm hopeful for a discount for Alaska next year($$🥵) Might have to wait last minute for that one?😱

Teppanyaki has so much food and no take home leftovers that we always share. Our now 15 year old Daughter has never left hungry. If unsure, order free kids meal and then share. They don't mind.

So if you have a smell then cover Trap with wet towel. I'm not saying it's right, but it will help at that moment. Also what did Concierge say or do? They are your personal help desk! Waiting till land will get you nothing!

So I'm stuck at complete, 85% and 86%. Different pages say different things. Always have problems. No Video to watch, Onboard safety drills are back, so no video? Called and was told I'm good and it will change to 100% up to 72 before. Not waiting that long. The only thing I see is it is asking my 15 year old to buy the upgrade alcohol package. ok so mine has this. GRLOBC50 Now we are supposed to have a $50 OBC for this cruise, but it does not show anywhere in my booking. Was giving this for problems with the wifi and the texting app that we paid $30($10x3) for.

On 2 of my cruises when I went up to the desk and they handed me the sheet to fill out and couldn't be bothered with helping me. I like to buy it on the spot and make sure it's all good. I guess if you only buy 2 certificates then you are not worth their time!

My Daughter loves to try Onion Rings from everywhere. On the Dawn none to be found. Asked the question and the next day for lunch they brought to big plates. Felt bad that we only finished one of them. They were good!
