Good afternoon from a hot and humid 75°F North East England. I have been out to work since 7am and just got home now at 13.30pm. I fell down about 6 stairs at home when I was about 7 in 1963 and fractured my left wrist.

I hope the new pain eases Greg. It is a steroid injection. I mentioned the injection you suggested and the doctor thought the steroid might work better for me after seeing my x-rays. He said he would only do one knee first to see how it reacts. Graham.
