Thank you for posting today's daily reports especially when you are in pain. I'm sorry to hear you are worried about your foot pain and hopefully a solution will be found to solve the problem. I have foot pain with arthritis. My cholesterol is low but I was reading an article yesterday that said high cholesterol can cause a plague build up causing vascular disease in your feet. Beautiful photo. We were in Orlando in October with the last return flights of the year with TUI from Newcastle to Melbourne Florida. The flight out is exciting and we usually try to stay awake in Orlando till 10pm US time which would be 03.00am back home. The return flight although shorter is a nightmare and harder to overcome Jet lag.

That's great news Phil. I keep putting it off as I feel okay at the moment. I have very little flex in my hip through my arthritis especially when standing up from a chair.

I worked as a sales representative for EMI records in the 1980s on their easy listening label and we had several country artists which I enjoyed listening to. Kenny Rogers, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty,Billie Jo Spears,Glen Campbell to name a few I enjoyed listening to.

Thank you for checking in. We were in Olden last June on Britannia and had a lovely time. I agree with you about Iona being lovely as we were on her November, January and March.
