We have sailed for 28 or 29 days twice now. I could have easily stayed onboard for another cruise but Eric was ready to get home and kept reminding me we have lives back at home we had to get back to. One thing for sure is you will definitely loose track of time and be so nice and relaxed that when you get home you will struggle with daily activities and be forgetful of simple chores such as taking the trash out.

John you are inspiration to everyone that is dealing with difficulties. Sorry to hear this horrible disease is progressing faster than anyone had hoped or prayed for. Your positive attitude and loving family is a blessing. You and your beautiful family are in my daily thoughts and prayers. Love ya❤️ How's your garden doing? I am getting ready to pick a couple of cucumbers and some grape tomatoes soon. While we were at the shore there was a heat wave here with high humidity and it is back again as of yesterday. Although us humans hate the humidity the garden loves it!

1 of our 3 loves dairy products. She always gets to lick the bowl after ice cream or yogurt (no chocolate) and whenever Eric pours himself a glass of milk he gives her a small bowl with a little for her. She loves to dip her paw into the milk and then lick her paw. No idea why she doesnt drink like she drinks water but it hers thing and has never had a problem with it. She also love small pieces of cheese, just about any flavor (except blue cheese)

First Time on Royal Caribbean, Adventure of the Seas
Sunshine3601 replied to Dan M.'s topic in Royal Caribbean International
I cannot answer questions about children, other than some love the adventure club. I'm sure the kiddos will have a great time. Your best way to check out excursions, specialty dining pkgs as well as internet and beverage packages is on the cruise planner on royal caribbean website or download their App. Create an account then add your cruise booking ID number to future cruises. From there you can check out everything. We buy an annual travel insurance policy since we cruise a couple times a year. There is an insurance thread you can check out on cruise Critic or call royal caribbean and ask about their plan and pricing for your sailing. Lots of free stuff to do on coco Cay or you can purchase tickets for the water park and various other things at coco Cay. -

+1 for Beach Club, nice relaxing area with nice amenities, waiters bring water and cocktails by simply raising the flag on your lounger, nice beach, towels given out are nice too and great lunch with filet all you can eat lobster and really yummy deserts. They even have Danish, coffee and tea in the morning. Hideaway isn't for us.

+1. This is exactly what we do except I bring a small bottle of woolite. The towel trick works great. Also when I hang bathing suits on the back of balcony deck chair I use those big beach chair clips to hold in place. Our first month long sailing I packed a suitcase and went to a laundromat. It was a hassle and since then I just use the onboard laundry and do our delicates (blouses, bras, bathing suites, light weight shirts) in the cabin. Works great.

I have been a club royale casino member for several years and have never heard of anyone wiring funds. Heck, people have enough trouble getting online gift certificates redeemed and applied to the correct sailing. I surely would not wire funds to Royal and then hope it make its to your account once onboard. If a major hassle now expect it would be a hassle locating your money once onboard. If you must do this then maybe wait until day 1 and speak directly with casino host to see if you can wire funds then.

Nice! Yes, casino comps are great and traveling solo will give you time to go to the casino whenever you want😉

I have one small raised garden bed reserved just for my mint. Yes, it does try to jump to other beds next to it but I simply pull it out and replant the rooted plant in my raised bed. It does grow like weeds but I love having lots of it and share with people at work as well as my neighbor/our cat sitter.
