A great place to go is Independence Square and head for the Gallery Cafe. To get there is easy. Walk straight thru the cruise port shops and head for the clock tower with fountain from there look for Gallery Cafe. I do not recall exact location once in the square but it's a nice area to walk around. We found some really nice pieces from local artists. May want to check out https://www.afar.com/places/amina-craft-market-basseterre also in the same area of Independence Square.

I have never seen knitted ornaments before. These are Beautiful!!

I also wanted to mention that Anthem usually has kettles in each cabin (for tea). This would probably would good for a sterilizer. I would think the water would be hotter than shower or faucet water to clean baby bottles, etc. If your cabin does not have a Kettle you may ask your room steward for one.

This looks amazing especially since I just came inside from a chilly fall day of raking leaves and about to go back outside to start putting up some Christmas lights. I like that they have a little wave action. I would much rather be where you are. Enjoy😍

I personally would Not have booked this sailing if they didn't even have a ship yet. Wonder if they will have penalties/cancellation fees for reserving various ports.

Gatwick is not as large as Heathrow. I found it to be an easy airport to navigate and customs was a breeze. Gatwick is about 20 km further from Southampton port but easy access to the train station at the airport. IMO, taking the train to Southampton is the easiest and nice scenic ride.too.

SAS usually does have great fares so does Nordic Air. I believe the both fly into Gatwick. We found Gatwick to be a much easier airport than Heathrow.

That is horrible news for all those booked. And to top it off they will refund in monthly installments, that's wrong in so many ways. I'm sure their phone lines are blowing up. Wonder if they have anyone left to answer the phones.

You are also allowed to bring bottle of wine. I forget new rule, maybe 1 bottle pp. Put on your carryon. If you want to pre purchase any internet, drink, dining pkgs or excursions check out black Friday sales on cruise planner online or on the Royal caribbean app.

Wow! They had some primo seats in front of Macy's. Glad they had decent weather. I had the parade on TV while doing some stuff around the house and upset I missed the Rockettes and Santa😔

I just looked at those sailings and both look good. I may just have to do the b2b as they are both good prices. We love sailing that time of year. Nice break after the holidays and being able to escape winter weather is always nice. Will have to check out cabin availability for a b2b and reach out to Ken.

Wally's is Surf City which is about 10 to 15 min drive from our house. To get to Wallys you turn left once on the island. To get to our house you turn right. We are a couple blocks from Terrace Tavern. Wally's has good food. I'm sure you will enjoy😊

Eric's Brothers was born New Years eve. I always said that's a fun day as there is always a party and fireworks somewhere for him.
