Eric's Brothers was born New Years eve. I always said that's a fun day as there is always a party and fireworks somewhere for him.

Safe travels....we get a fresh live tree every year and put up in our family room around mid December. I also put a small 4' fake one in living room at the bay window.

Sailings out of Cape Liberty, NJ will probably have the most passengers due to a large area of NYC with Yeshiva schools. We were booked for an 11 nighter on Anthem for Jan 18th but cancelled in October after learning about Yeshiva week(s).

I went around 8:30 am and had a pleasant experience but it was getting busy by the time I was leaving. Hate when people are rude in stores, especially during the holidays, bah humbug!! @HBE4 yup, same here just about every food store in my area gives out free turkeys, turkey breasts or hams during the holidays. We are going out to eat this year but I got my free turkey to make Friday or Saturday.

Most definitely the same in our house. Sometime this year we put on a cat channel and Petey was going crazy trying to figure out how to jump from the recliner to the tv screen. He kept leaping and missing as he had nothing to grab onto. I quickly changed that channel as I was afraid he was either going to scratch up the screen or pull it down. Eva and Sparky will every so often look up and watch TV but Petey is our main watcher. He also sits and stares in mirrors on a regular basis. He loves to sit on my bureau stare in the mirror as he knocks stuff off - oh so fun😁

Last year we booked Anthem 11 night sailing on Jan 18th with a JS at a great price with a casino certificate. After everything I read about Yeshiva week we decided to cancel. I was so looking forward to that cruise and those ports but didnt want to chance the ship being overrun by kiddos. Casino gave us full refund.

Never know, new kitties may find you sooner😻 When I lost my 21 just shy of 22 yr old cat, Splashes, I wasn't sure I would get another cat but my other little girl was so sad. I would see actual tear drops form in Eva's eyes when I would say Splashes name. Never saw a cat cry. I ended up at a rescue shelter within 2 weeks and absolutely love our lovebug Sparky. They get along great.
