We had a 20 or 30 minute delay due to our plane arriving at Trenton Airport from Orlando later than expected. Boy Trenton Airport sure is easy peasy. Frontier premium seating very nice too. We will definitely fly this again. It is hot hot hot in Tampa. We just came back from a walk along their Riverwalk. Very nice area but we were dripping sweat on our way back. I thought I would go to the pool but too hot to do that today. We may try the free trolley tonight and see what we find for dinner.

Probably had to grab their spot at other ports before other cruise lines did. -

To reach prime, to get at least one annual free cruise for 2 people, free cocktails in casino plus 30% internet onboard, you need 2500 points. Slots is the fastest way to get there. Video poker does Not earn as many points as other slots. My DH and I have been prime for several years and has been worth it. On average I have spent maybe $1000 get to prime each year, but of course you hope to win while playing slots. It's all about running the money thru the machines to get your points. Not how much you win or lose Just make sure you use your Sea Pass each and everytime you go to casino to play. The casino years runs from April 1st to March 31st. If you cruise a couple times a year it is really easy to spend couple hundred each cruise to reach prime or do it all on one cruise and you will also get a casino certificate while onboard. -
Similar to your experience, we went outside the gates that everyone says to avoid doing and we had an amazing day. Sure we were a little leary walking around there at first. After wandering around we found a great taxi guy, young guy with a new family that was happy to meet us and hear all about where we were from. He drove us around to see some local sites then took us to a little unknown beach where locals go. Gorgeous beach, had an awesome day hanging out with locals. When I asked for somewhere to get a cocktail I was told walk down the beach, pass 3 palm trees and outdoor bar. It was really cool little hut bar right on beach. The bartender was selling hand carved wood cups, that he made while hanging out. I bought a couple for us and gifts. Not one is alike. I proceeded back to where hubby was hanging out on the beach with a couple cocktails and he always laughs at the fact I can always find some where to shop no matter I am at. We had one of best days in Jamaica and probably would never be able to find that little beach again. Driver stayed with us the whole time and was very friendly. When we got back yo port he asked us for $50 after spending 4 to 5 hrs with him we gave him $100...he couldn't believe it. AWESOME Day!!!

What day do you leave NJ? It's still pretty early and hopefully won't impact your sailing. So far looks like the itinerary we have on Serenade should be good as is. I'm just hoping that it doesn't hit land and stays at sea. I would really hate if it turned into another Super Sandy and hit my area while I'm in the Caribbean with my cats home alone (neighbor cat sitting)
