  1. I have hung in there for 4 cancelled cruises, but it is getting old.   I just don't want to fly over to Greece and not know if the Epic is coming back to the US. That would mean I have to fly back to the US which I am not keen on. I can take a 9 day cruise from the States with little or no flying.   Of course, no one can give me an answer.

  2. I have done several B2B on Norweigian and have never been made to leave the ship.  We are asked to meet at a certain location on the ship, are walked over to Customs officers on the ship .  We are then allowed back on the ship.  There was no luncheon or fuss.  We were allowed to get off the ship if you wanted.

  3. This reservation had been made in 2019 before all the free promo.  My reservations still says beverage, tips were prepaid, beverage charge.  Nothing has changed .  I don't have air fare so that couldn't be it.  Thanks anyway for taking the time to answer.

  4. I have had a cruise booked for Dec, 2020 since Nov 2019.  All I wanted to do was to use FCC that I will be receiving because NCL cancelled the cruise.   I have not made final payment on the Dec cruise.  Just have gotten  3 different answers from NCL personnel.  I  realize they are overwelmed and all of this is new, so I will wait until 3/23 to call and try to straighten it out.  Thanks to all.

  5. Thanks to all for your input.  I just had 2 cruisenext certificates and they were a gift from my daughter.  My patperwork from the cancelled cruise shows shows that I used them for payment on that cruise.  I am not forseeing a problem, just like to prepare.

  6. I had used 2 Cruise next certs to book my cruise, which was cancelled.  Asked NCL rep. how I would check to see if these certificates were reinstated to my account.  She said go to NCL website under latitudes account and it would show up there.  Is that correct information, or am I getting another runaround?

  7. Spoke to NCL this morning and asked if I could take the future cruise credit and apply it to an existing cruise I have booked for December, 2020.  The answer is no, it must be applied to a new cruise.  What I would have to do is cancel the old cruise and re-book.  Of course, after doing a mock booking, the cost has jumped $500.  Ugh!!!  Now, I am beginning to wonder if I should just take the refund and run!  The letter sent out just says "future" cruises,  with no explanation..

  9. Why are the sports organizations, television shows, all cancelling audience participation?  Those venues are a mixed age group.  There is obviously concern, so why isn't NCL following suit and cancelling?  An outbreak is an outbreak regardless of the age.  There are many people who have contacted the virus who are under 60 and have suffered serious consequences.  So,  NCl's cutoff age isn't working for me.  It is all about the almighty dollar.  Sad.....
