It is the first cruise from Tampa for the Constellation after returning this morning from its transatlantic. They're probably ironing out some kinks.
Hope you get onboard soon!
$45?! I did the $10 thing and it was great, in case anyone is interested. Of course, I just picked up a rental car (I didn't need to catch a flight), so waiting for the van to fill wasn't an issue.
Yes, the luggage pickup is poorly arranged. One agent told me my number wasn't available. It was, just around a curtain. 🤷♀️
Good news: customs agent let me go without charging me duty. 🥳 (I owed it and declared so even though the ship didn't have any forms onboard.
If the third-party company charged the card, Celebrity doesn't have the card number to refund. Presumably there's a way for them to figure that out, but easier to get the OBC.
@_Rick_ That will work if the hangers are that style. On the Constellation, they are the type that the hook remains on the closet bar and the bottom part comes off.
Terminal G has a lot, not a garage. You could use the garage that's designated for the other terminals, but drop your luggage first; it'll be a walk back. I doubt a porter would go that distance, even for a good tip.
The Constellation was refurbished during the shutdown, although not revolutionized. I am currently on her, and have sailed 26 days on her this year. She's in great shape.
The mandatory disembarkation on the Constellation's TA was not COVID related. It was related to another illness and the six consecutive sea days ahead.

You can't fly to the U.S. without a passport, so the extra documents won't help.
Not your question, but to balance out post #2, I ate there last March and it was my worst specialty restaurant meal on Celebrity. I'll be on Apex in December and won't be eating there, even if it still exists. 😀
