  1. It is the first cruise from Tampa for the Constellation after returning this morning from its transatlantic. They're probably ironing out some kinks. Hope you get onboard soon!
  2. $45?! I did the $10 thing and it was great, in case anyone is interested. Of course, I just picked up a rental car (I didn't need to catch a flight), so waiting for the van to fill wasn't an issue.
  3. I don't know about that. 😄 Frankly, they are usually so surprised that someone is being honest, they wave me by.
  4. Yes, the luggage pickup is poorly arranged. One agent told me my number wasn't available. It was, just around a curtain. 🤷‍♀️ Good news: customs agent let me go without charging me duty. 🥳 (I owed it and declared so even though the ship didn't have any forms onboard.
  5. If the third-party company charged the card, Celebrity doesn't have the card number to refund. Presumably there's a way for them to figure that out, but easier to get the OBC.
  6. Yes, but they haven't had much inventory lately.
  7. @_Rick_ That will work if the hangers are that style. On the Constellation, they are the type that the hook remains on the closet bar and the bottom part comes off.
  8. Terminal G has a lot, not a garage. You could use the garage that's designated for the other terminals, but drop your luggage first; it'll be a walk back. I doubt a porter would go that distance, even for a good tip.
  9. Unless there's a list of perks vs. amenities somewhere, I can see it's confusing.
  10. Doesn't matter. The end point was Australia. Anyway, I'd rather be disembarked in Vancouver than in Hawaii.
  11. Constellation, this minute 😁: self serve Reflection, August/September: self serve
  12. Probably related to Australia's COVID rules. He would have needed a negative test to board in Vancouver.
  13. I set my clock back, but the captain just announced that we'll be doing it tonight. Oops! I need to get to breakfast!
  14. The Constellation was refurbished during the shutdown, although not revolutionized. I am currently on her, and have sailed 26 days on her this year. She's in great shape.
  15. The mandatory disembarkation on the Constellation's TA was not COVID related. It was related to another illness and the six consecutive sea days ahead.
  16. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/International-Travel-Country-Information-Pages/Canada.html You can't fly to the U.S. without a passport, so the extra documents won't help.
  17. Okay, just had to say that Celebrity is back to the "cabin has a window" days on the E-class ships. 😬 But in a suite, you'll have a balcony.
  18. Not your question, but to balance out post #2, I ate there last March and it was my worst specialty restaurant meal on Celebrity. I'll be on Apex in December and won't be eating there, even if it still exists. 😀
  19. Wow! I didn't even see the MSC ship behind Infinity when I came back onboard. Great shot.
  20. Given the spotty beverage service on Constellation currently, I can't believe this is true.
