  1. I am also curious if the fiancée made the ship.
  2. In Nov., the guy took my money in the port parking lot after he put my luggage in the van. In any event, the traveler will need $10.
  3. Luggage for transfers should have certain numbers and will be grouped in the terminal for pickup. I'd arrange for a relatively early disembarkation group and just take the $10 shuttle. People will direct you to it when you exit the terminal with your luggage. Smaller vehicles, less time to fill up, less luggage to sort at the airport. See also the Florida Departures board.
  4. Just have $10/pp cash ready when you exit the terminal. No reservations necessary.
  5. This cancellation might be related to this week's bomb cyclone. I wouldn't panic about flights in March quite yet.
  6. And to state the obvious, your fiancée will need a passport if she's going to fly to another country to catch the ship.
  7. Pizza and pasta are usually available all afternoon. Salad bar may be as well.
  8. Re: parking Passengers from the prior cruise have to depart by around 9:30, and the terminal won't open until at least 10:30-ish, so there's no point in arriving while people are still leaving.
  9. This is good info, but the January cruises in the OP's signature will depart from Port Everglades.
  10. Reflection in August/Sept. had pop-top water cans (can't be closed once opened), as did the Constellation's TA. Perhaps only European cruises have pop-top water, but it's a thing.
  11. Not unless you book during a special promotion for double or triple points.
  12. 1. No. 2. You'll be given a choice of times available for checking in at the port. I've checked in days past the opening of online check-in and have been offered 11-11:30 a.m., so it's not necessary IMHO to stay up until midnight.
  13. I got the 15% applied to a pre-cruise reservation that was discounted by maybe 9%. The CC host handled it for me.
  14. You won't be boarding at 10:30 or 11 a.m.; that's a check-in time. Last week, we boarded Apex around 11:30 after checking in just before 11. That said, if there is a line outside the terminal, you'll be asked to wait. You can keep checking to see if an earlier check-in time pops up.
  15. Apex 7313. Don't book it; the Eden DJ's music will reverberate throughout the cabin all night.
  16. I did cave tubing with cavetubing.bz last week. There is a "hike" to the point in the river where you start tubing, but no rock climbing. Just walking, some slightly hilly terrain, and some steps. I am not in the greatest shape and was fine.
  17. We stopped as scheduled on December 11 at Pier B.
  18. If you mean priority boarding or similar, no. Only suites have had it since the restart.
  19. I don't have any vitriol. If someone wants a deluxe oceanview, that's cool. But Celebrity is calling it something it's not.
  20. No, CC readers who have seen the question asked multiple times and who want to post the answer.
  21. You have that right. It's not a veranda.
  22. The chairs aren't bad for sitting to drink a quick cup of coffee or similar. We ended up in a different SV with two loungers and two chairs, and it was bliss.
  23. No, it's HIPAA, the acronym for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
