  1. Have you tried the app? I had trouble linking some rooms on the website, but I used the app and went to "Reserve Now" and down to "+Add Guest." After the first time I did that, there were linked on the website as well.
  2. I forgot, there is one instance where you may need to go to guest relations. If the two people in the room both have OBC and the portfolios aren't properly linked, you may need to stop by to have them linked up. This can be done anytime during the cruise. It's not a problem if both people "use up" their OBC, but if one is negative and non-refundable and the other has a balance, it might be worth a stop. I've seen this happen if the people traveling together have different last names even if the same credit card was entered into the app. See: "*Transfer to another passenger's account" on the wonderful list above.
  3. You do not have to go to guest relations. Think of OBC more as a credit to your account. Everything onboard is charged to your portfolio (room). With OBC you start with a negative account balance and if it's positive by the end of the cruise, that amount gets charged to your card. If it's negative but non-refundable, you lose it. If it's negative and refundable, it'll get refunded to your card.
  4. I can't recommend it yet myself, but from another's recommendation here, we'll be using https://www.internationalfriends.co.uk/ for the transfer from London area to Southampton. We chose the transfer with the Stonehenge stop, but they also do Winchester or Windsor or direct.
  5. Wait, are you saying they took the french onion soup off the classic menu too?
  6. TL:DR They're not going to go through the clothes and judge are they? Can anyone confirm if you can share the 3 bags with different staterooms, especially if they are connecting? We booked two rooms, wife and 2 girls in one room, husband and one son in second connecting. In reality, it will be adults in one room and kids in the other. I imagine in we get the back home package, we can use it for the whole family. I also would assume it would have to be picked up and delivered to whichever stateroom we purchased it under. But I can't imagine they're going to say, "ohh, the boys room has girl undies in it." Can anyone confirm?
  7. Canadians take DUIs much more seriously than we do in the States. It's my understanding that they're a little more lax with cruise ships than they are with other forms of entry where you're more likely to be driving. To the OP, what @njhorseman said is true to the best of my knowledge. Having 2 is going to make it a bit harder. But being 25 years ago will make it a bit easier. It's up to the discretion of the border official on duty. Usually with one conviction that was more than 10 years ago, they'll let you in. If you want to know for sure before you get there, you can reach out to the Canadian Gvmt. I think there are a couple of ways you can apply for entry. Your profile says you're from Maine. If you want a softer acceptance you could drive across the border to see if they give you any trouble. The border agents are also more likely to let you in if another agent has already let you enter.
  8. I know you normally can't share the benefits of a suite with another cabin, but I have an unusual situation that I'm trying to work through. We're looking to book a trip for a party of 7 that best breaks down to a group of 2 (us who are paying for it) and 5 (two children and three grandchildren.) It will probably be on the Star (Dawn Class) so there is no Haven. The ideal situation would be a Garden Villa, but those don't appear to be available on the website, maybe I need to call in for them. Second choice would be a 2-Bedroom Deluxe Family Suite (S4) with a connecting Mini/Club Suite (MA) on deck 11. I know the Club suites don't normally get all the benefits of the full suites, but does it change when they're connecting? Like I said, there's no Haven so the main things to us would be keeping our party together for Boarding and upgraded dining. I'm guessing that the Concierge and Butler would be helpful as needed and room service could be ordered to the full suite. Any other perks I'm missing? Is there any benefit to doing shenanigans with the bookings and putting us and grandkids in the suite and kids in the mini? Or adults in the suite and grandkids in the mini? Either might make it tricky for unlocking the correct door. Depending on the answers, I think our next choice would be 3 Club Suites with two of them connecting and the other adjacent with an open balcony partition. Us in the unconnected room, parents sleeping in one and three grands in the connected. If we can't all take advantage of the suite benefits, we really don't want to pay for them. We're more about enjoying the experience together than the perks, but the perks are nice. I know there are some options for other connecting suites, but those are not as appealing to us. TIA!
  9. Does anyone know if any or all of the beds will separate into two smaller ones?
  10. The MDR menu changes each night. The specialty dining is a different menu that does not change. Someone posted the new Alaska the menu's here:
  11. Had it as an extra in March on the Enchanted. Only a 10 day cruise, but pretty much what FritzG said.
