The best substitutes for amaro are Gammel Dansk, Chartreuse, Bonal, and Cynar 70.) Orange Oleo Saccharum Syrup 1/2oz (Note: You can substitute with simple syrup or Demerara syrup) 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Linda really likes the Skinny Syrups as they are sugar free and taste great for cocktails and such. Totally agree. I do feel sorry for them as they have to crank out a lot of frozen drinks but the bottom line is blend it long enough to make to smooth and creamy not chunky.

The Monin stuff is fantastic. I make frozen drinks all the time at home. It takes a little getting used to but the key is letting is blend enough so that's it a smoothie without ice chunks. Poor excuse on the bartender. He just didn't blend it long enough.

We are doing that too in September. Heard feat things about it. Hoping it is a good excursion.

I say try all three. 1 oz Rum 1 oz coconut cream of 1 banana 2oz pineapple juice 1 cup crushed ice Lol, Sip Ssssslllllloooooowwwwlllllyyyyy.
