  1. I have never sailed RC but have done all the check in and printed set and sail pass and luggage but I didn't know we have to print cruise docs. Could someone please direct me to where I find these as I can't seem to see anything like that. I can see the 4 steps that are checked for both myself and husband and the S&S pass but the only other thing on that page is a tan colored box that has our name, ship, sail date and cabin# but nothing that lets me print that out. Would that be our cruise docs. I'm so confused we sail on the 8th of May. Any help would really be appreciated. Linda

  2. An aft extended balcony without a doubt. I love the aft but then I always book the corner wrap but if I couldn't get that I would go with the aft. We never had a problem with garbage on our deck and you can't see someone on the lower deck unless they are standing at the railing of their balcony. On the side balcony your neighbor can see you if they are standing next to their balcony.

  3. We will be in Rome in late October. When should I look into booking RIL? Also, can anyone answer if it is best to try to get a van of 8 from my ship (Island Princess) or to just book my husband and myself into a van of 8?

I would be booking my van with RIL now for your trip in October. I was just in Italy in October and used RIL which I love. That was our second time using them and they are wonderful. I'm not sure if you are asking about doing a tour or a transfer using them, if you are doing a tour you could ask on your roll call if anyone would like to share the van with you to cut the cost. If you do make sure to tell them that once they decide to do the tour that they are responsible for splitting the cost and it would not be fair to you if they backed out at the last moment. If I was taking a transfer I would do it on my own with RIL, it would just be more convenient for you to get to where you need to go and not have to worry about someone else wanting to get to where they want to go at the same time. Either was you can't go wrong with RIL, they are very reliable and wonderful to work with. They will give you such a great time and their drivers are fantastic and treat you like family. Don't hesitate to book them but do it soon.:)

  4. They are so worth it, you will get a much better experience with them then using the ships tours or even trying to do it yourself. I will be using them again in little over a week and really looking forward to their great service. Linda

  5. :eek:We are traveling with another couple and flying into FCO, we will be coming into Terminal 3 and they will be coming in to Terminal 5. I have a transfer picking us up at terminal 3 so my question is will my friends have to go through security twice, once at Ter. 5 and again at Ter. 3 in order from them to get to baggage claim and out the door where our transfer company is waiting for us. Also is it difficult to find the shuttle to take them to terminal 3 from 5. I just need to be able to tell them what to do so they don't get lost and not know where to go. Thanks for any help. Linda

  6. My husband and I will be going to Italy for two weeks and we both take a lot of medication. Should I bring it all in the original containers or is it ok to put it in the individual day holders you can buy. I was hoping not to have to bring all the bottles as they will take up so much space. If anyone has had experience with this I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks Linda

  7. I am putting the phone # of the tour company and hotels that I will be staying in while in Italy and they have a +39 in all of them at the beginning. Does the plus mean I have to put a 1 first and then the rest of the number or just dial the 39 and the number. Thanks for any help. Linda

  8. I always use the above email address when contacting Jany and get a response back within a short time. I have all my tours and transfers with them for our visit this October and didn't have my card charged. Payment is not due until your tours is complete. They are a very trustworthy company. Linda

  9. My last Med cruise I used RIL for a Rome tour with the Vatican and guide and it was wonderful. I wouldn't have know half of what I was looking at if Paula wasn't telling us what we were looking at. I wouldn't hesitate to book with a guide it was well worth the money.

  10. My tickets are for a specific train and time with coach # and seat assignment. So I guess I just need to bring all that on the train with the printed ticket and not worry about trying to get it validated before I get on the train. I will be traveling from Rome to Naples. Thanks for all the help Linda
