My wife and I are travelling with our 13 year old grandson next February on the Iona and all of the excursion pricing shows him as an adult fare 🤷♂️
On our Ventura cruise in a couple weeks when he’s 12 he is correctly priced as a child.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
His cruise fare is priced as a child so why not the excursions? Could this be something beyond the control of P&O once he’s 13?
Thanks for your help 👍
For us… coral and pearl - too many people and too bright and airy. aqua - our second favourite but okay. opal - our front runner, intimate/friendly and had a understated vibe which we enjoyed.
The Quays was a great place to catch a meal at other times 👍
On a recent Sky Princess 14 night cruise we changed our MDR each night in rotation and found the Estrella to be our favourite with the Cielo being our least favourite.
Location and decor played a part in this and we couldn’t believe it when a football shirt and shorts were permitted in the Cielo one evening and shorts on another. 🤷♂️🤦♂️
Based on my poor internet experience last October on the Sky I won’t be bothering in September when I’m travelling on her again. I’ll just use the WiFi when in port somewhere 👍
L103 all day long 😁 But sssh don’t tell everyone 🤫 Our go to balcony from now on 👌 Don’t be put off by any negative comments, if you get the benefits of this cabin then all well and good, if you don’t, ah well 😎
I thought the blue lane is what you went in if your boarding admin wasn’t complete enough to go into the green lane 🤷♂️
That said, in Southampton recently the blue lane was quicker 🤦♂️
That’s all well and good when there’s spaces left but on one momentous cruise, pre pandemic and NOT P&O there was hell on because the kids club was oversubscribed 😳
It will definitely be busy and we’re on the Ventura during the half term 👍
On all of our previous cruises we’ve pre booked but I do see people rocking up once on board and then do the admin formalities.
