I just went to the Princess site and today the low end pkg. is 75.00 a day. Beer 8.00 and high end 15.00, I thought I was in the ballpark at 8 drinks.

The cruise lines offer a drink package because they come ahead and make a profit. You need to drink around 8 alcohol drinks a day to break even.

The newer Carnival ships offer a rope course, roller coaster and waterslide. I was just on the Sky and the most active amenity was the pickle ball court.

I walked to and from that beach. When I was there about 5 years ago there were no services just a restroom

What if passenger was in the pool or left to go to the restroom ? Not a good idea IMO.
