  1. Define constantly? Carnival just brought out the Mardi Gras, has the Celebration coming in November and the Jubilee for next year. I would say thats pretty constant at 1 a year. Carnival Corporation also has to bring out new ships for the other brands they cant always be Carnival Cruise Line ships. They have 1 new one coming for P&O this year 1 for Princess in 2023 and 2025 and 1 for Cunard in 2024. MSC seems to be the line thats building the most over the next couple years but they dont have many ships to begin with so its nice to see them expanding.
  2. Just saw a post on John Healds page about using OnPoint service. Allows you to use any Govt approved over the counter home test with their Tele service to Proctor it and get Lab certified results for 14.99. Way better than the 79.00 proctored tests i purchased for my March Cruise.
  3. My original post was more a lighthearted poke at the Color Status. In 7 weeks not once have the ships been green even though technically each new sailing should start out Green in reality since every passenger is tested negative to get onboard. To me it seems to be a never ending "investigation" and when i actually saw two yellow ships my first thought was wow someone actually closed one of these "open" investigations.
  4. Yay, after almost 7 weeks of all Carnival ships being Orange Status ,2 of them (Conquest and Ecstasy) have finally made it back to yellow!! Hope for the future yet lol.
  5. Im on the TA in November. Everything seems to be on schedule so far.
  6. Based on a video i just watched there is 1 on each side of the bed 1 in the Bathroom and 4-6 on the desk in other words lots.
  7. Love the Panorama have sailed on her 3 times now you will hav a great time.
  8. I usually get a balcony cabin Midships between 6-8 but in March we had a Cove Balcony on 2 and really enjoyed it
  9. People continue to be confused as well over "Check in time" and "Boarding Zone" You choose a check in time to arrive at the Port and when you print your Boarding Pass there will be a Boarding Zone on it which when called will allow you to board the ship. There is no correlation between time when you arrive to check in and time when you get on the ship. You could get a check iin time of 10:30 and not be allowed on the ship until 1:00. It all depends on when everyone is finally off and they are ready to accept the incoming passengers. Just be prepared with the COVID Protocols currently in place if you show up before your actual check in time you could be waiting outside for awhile before they let you in.
  10. I cant recall having seen that question after i put my passport info in.
  11. My Invoice says this: You have a $XXX.XX balance in combined OBC for your stateroom. Confirm with all OBC holders before applying credits pre cruise to avoid cancellations on board. Which i believe means it will just take the cost from your total OBC but you could try a mock booking for the steakhouse and see how it wants to apply it just dont hit submit payment. BUT DONT QUOTE ME lol 🙂
  12. Yep sorry Carnival Kitchen isnt available on Legend my bad.
  13. also i know they are on Panorama but not aware of other ships that has it so i could be wrong for the Legend as im not booked on that ship till next year and selections arent available yet except for steakhouse.
  14. The Carnival Kitchen classes are booked under specalty dining i believe as there is a cost to them and they are extremely limited so they will tend to book up fast.
  15. Available only at Guy’s Burger Joints across the Carnival fleet for a limited time, the Funderstruck Nacho Burger is comprised of a toasted brioche bun, the chef’s famed 80/20 burger patty, donkey sauce and super melty cheese, and stacked with nacho seasoning, borracho beans, crispy corn tortilla strips, fried jalapenos and fresh pico de gallo.
  16. Not unless i die and even then i will probably try and find a work around like a funeral at sea.
  17. Depends on whether they have reached capacity for that sailing yet. Your suite may hold 5 but they may have already reached the allowable number of guests for that voyage. You would need to contact them to find out. If they haven't reached capacity it should just be a matter of paying the difference and the admin fee (may or may not be waived).

    Carnival

If the prices are good maybe a little bit of fun is ok?
  19. Survey question #2 only allows for people who have tested positive to answer but if you havent tested positive on the cruise you cannot answer using the supplied answers and therefore cannot complete the survey. Data will be skewed.
  20. No as soon as your boosted your considered up to date there is no wait period.
  21. Currently by "Manage your Cruise" you can purchase specialty dining, choose your regular dining time, your bed configuration, buy cash cards to put towards OBC, Photos and Bar purchases, shop for shore excursion, buy drink programs, wifi and other gifts. As well as managing your payments. What else would you want to see, am curious?
