I am a novice at this, but I think what needs to be done, is contact Carnival with your companions’ booking number to add them for dinner. I believe everyone has to be on the same dining time—early or late. I am wanting to do the same thing with my companions. Can someone confirm this?

Just curious. While I have several “beach bags“, they are too large to carry on the ship. What type of tote bag do you carry while on the Lido deck? Such as to carry your sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, etc.? Thanks!

Hello! I used OBC to purchase faster to the fun. At the final check out page, it will ask you if you want to use your onboard credit or a separate credit card. As the others have said, the purchase will be taken from your OBC immediately.

We are looking at purchasing the FTTF option. Does the payment for this come out of my onboard credit? Or can I pay for this with a credit card? We would like to keep the OBC for our bar bill. 😉

I am confused when people have to keep mentioning 15 drinks. If I am correct, anything over six cocktails is a bonus with the cheers package. A couple years back we were on a cruise (not carnival), and found a bar that was offering buy one get one free drinks. This saved us quite a bit of money as we were at the bar before and after dinner each night. (Not sure how much we saved, as we were tipping quite a bit.) Has anyone come across a carnival bar that offered a BOGO?

I would love to hear this, too. Cost of package vs. what was actually spent on beverages.

Ouch! Didn’t consider the fins. I have significant feet issues—multiple stress fractures over the years. That’s why I thought being in the water would be better than a lot of walking.
