Rum and coke will run you $7-8, but I think Carnival usually stocks Bacardi products, not Captain.

Can you order multiple lobster tails if offered on the elegant night?
-
Prices for these are?? Just looking ahead and making plans for an August cruise. Thx.
I believe most Alchemy drinks are about $10
-
So what prompted a room change?

Agree to Disagree. FTTF is shortcutting to rewards that cost $90 whereas my Platinum benefits cost me thousands of $$

Airlines do it too, they offer priority boarding to high-level frequent flyers, but also offer priority boarding for a fee any passenger can pay.

Someone posted asking a similar question the other day. I'm sailing in a Havana on the Vista this summer, but from that ship, I've never heard of the Havana Deck being crowded. The Vista has 61 Havana cabins, while the Horizon has 79. Even with the additional cabins even if everyone from those cabins went on the Horizon it would still probably be less than 200 people, but that is still far better than sharing the other pool area with thousands of guests.

DH and I were actually mildly chastised for ordering off the menu by another couple at the bar... they insisted that "The Alchemy Bar isn't a place where you order off the menu; you're just supposed to tell the bartenders what you want your drink to taste like.
That's ridiculous if that's how the bartenders treated you. I'm fairly knowledgeable about cocktails and know what I want when I go to a bar. I definitely don't need to order with the "make something that tastes like" format.

This thread definitely strikes my interest, can I get a proper old fashioned on the pool deck?
-
If there isn't a way to have notifications for the Hub app messages I'd say it isn't even worth $5, hopefully that is fixed

We booked our cruise through Costco a few weeks back for July on the Vista. We selected our cabin, but I just noticed a cabin in the same class with a slightly better location opened up. Is it possible to move to the new cabin? Would we need to contact Carnival or Costco?
-
The Vista has 61 Havana rooms, while the Horizon has 79. With the additional 18 cabins, I doubt there will be too much of a noticeable difference in the number of people on the Havana deck.

The CD I am friends with makes 80k yearly
I wonder if it is considered a foreign job by the IRS, if so a considerable amount if that wouldn't be taxed.

She was supposed to shadow Matt on out Vista cruise in July where she would have been until Lee took control in August.
-
I believe this was about an issue with visas of ship employees, many of them are foreigners and have slecial visas which cruises to nowhere do not comply with.
-
Do cruise directors overlap when there is a change up? I'm sailing on the Vista on 7/8, on the schedule it shows Matt Mitcham ending on 7/14 and Jamie Dee starting 7/8.

How did you find that? Angels envy and Tito’s.
Sent from my iPhone wishing there were more swingers.
Searched around on here, asked in some bourbon groups I'm in and saw what they sell in the Funshops for room delivery. Titos is available on ships. I doubt you find Angels Envy on a ship, bourbon is the most lacking liquor category from Carnival. Someone recently posted the steakhouse drink menu from the Breeze on here and it had Blantons.
-
What are your favorite bourbon and vodka? I've been looking into bourbon on the ships and Buffalo Trace & Woodford are most common.

Thanks...you didn’t happen to get I pic of the “by the glass” menu did you?
Wine by the glass menu is at the end of the food menu, link below.

Thanks a bunch for posting these, I think I will book for the 1st night to take advantage of the 50% off bottles. If you could please upload the photos not just screenshot, can't read some of them. Does second bourbon on the list say Blanton's?

I feel this has to be a cargo space issue. It takes a few oranges to get one glass of juice, so if it was covered by CHEERS and everyone flocked to get fresh OJ the amount of space the needed oranges would take up could be considerable.
-
I hope someone can post a pic of the extended wine list and prices for Fahrenheit 555, all I've seen here is the wine by the glass list.
-
Definitely keeping an eye on this, hopefully, they are there for Week 5 5/7-5/11

Did a search before posting, but its been a few years since any new info.
Has anyone recently done a snorkel tour with Captain Bryan? He seems to have one of the best prices around and has decent reviews on Trip Advisor.

A 60% increase is pretty drastic, not sure how they justify that. We are not big picture people so I'll be passing on their packages, I'd prefer some pictures in port or just take some ourselves around the ship.
New Casino Offer
in Carnival Cruise Lines

How much do you have to gamble to get these casino offers? I feel like you'd have to give the house a lot of $ to get a free cruise.
