  1. No. Others simply have a different perspective than you. Berth 46 is unusual. So unusual that luggage is being loaded into U-Haul trucks and folks are being bussed by groups from 90-93 to large white tents at 46. Princess is sending out conflicting or incomplete information. It's not that it's a BIG DEAL. It's that it is an unusual situation. The whole thing will run smoothly if people are properly informed. In your version of the universe, people should just show up to 90-93 and read the signs. It follows that, according to you, folks should just show up wherever and whenever without researching the port/city beforehand and simply read the signs when they get there. No seasoned traveler would ever recommend that. Why are you even arguing this? It should be obvious that things work better when people know what to expect. That's all.
  2. I feel like I just got yelled at by my dad.
  3. Good advice, but this one is a little strange. Berth 46 has zero facilities for passenger embarkation. It's helpful to know what to expect. I'm sure everything will work out just fine, but Berth 46 is strange and the logistics of accepting pax and bags and provisions at 91-93 and busing all of that to 46 (as suggested above) is daunting. If they do all of that at 46, well, the infrastructure there will support that effort very poorly.
  4. Preference for midship cabins is usually based on short travel to the ship's primary areas (Piazza, etc), close to elevators and less "motion" compared to forward and aft locations. Personally, give me a forward or aft facing balcony over a midship cabin any day. So the midship preference certainly is not universal.
  5. Here is a video tour of Majestic's L107. Should be very similar to Regal's L107.
  6. The Royal Princess is currently 35 miles off the coast of the NW end of Vancouver Island. No way there is cell service out there.
  7. Two years ago this forum was pretty well dead with a lot of doom and gloom around covid and the demise of the cruise industry. Today? Just like old times bickering about the dress code! What a time to be alive!
  8. Agreed. And the "thousands of dollars" in savings is a little hard to believe.
  9. The forum software is interpreting the EXIF orientation bit embedded in the file. You can try removing the EXIF data. You may not wish to do this on photos you intend to keep in your collection. Try it on a copy of the pics. https://www.comparitech.com/blog/information-security/remove-metadata-from-photos/
  10. I feel like if the peanut allergy was that severe, one would be confirming with the server each night regardless if it was the same server or not.
  11. It's on the back of your cabin door. Also, there are signs all over the place pointing to the nearest muster station, all of which are the large venues on decks 5, 6, and 7. Given your cabin location, I would guess your muster station to be Vista Lounge.
  12. I think the NCL forum had something similar a couple years back when that program started. Might be worth a look.
  13. For those who need a little extra help with this one, $27 x 7 = $189, and $1,999 + $189 = $2,188. You're welcome.
  14. Many people's favorite hobby is counting other people's money.
