Hell everyone, Are Aft cabins with balcony more expensive then other balcony cabins. Thank you, George

On RCI the price is based on category. For example a D1 can be mid ship or aft and they are the same price the same holds true for other category cabins that are located aft and other locations.

We keep ours also. Bought a book that is designed to hold business cards it is similar to a photo albumn. It has pages with 2 pockets across and I think 5 down. Works great and keeps them organized.

Both are available in the mens locker room.

We have packed bottles into our airline checked bags on several occasions. We surround them with clothes and put them in the middle of the suitcase. Have not had any problems.

Do a search of these boards you will find all the information you need. In regards to "outrageous" prices...they are in line with most night clubs, restaurants, and bars in major cities. In fact in several of the major cities I have traveled to I have found my after dinner cocktail to be higher priced than what it has been on the ships we have sailed.

Perhaps this is a dumb question, however...

 

Is there anyone that delivers to the LA port as we are traveling on the Monarch, is this possible?

Well Wishers lists San Pedro as a delivery location

We put each bottle we bought in a 2 gallon size baggy, then wrapped each bottle individually in our dirty clothes, and packed it in the center of our luggage as best we could, with more dirty clothes "cushion" around it. Everything made it from back home no problem. We were relieved. :D

We have done this several times minus the baggy and have not had any problems. The baggy is an excellent idea just in case there happens to be some breakage.

I have read several posts concerning the Champagne card. We are not Champagne drinkers so I never checked it out. On our upcoming cruise we will be with friends who enjoy it. We would appreciate any information on the cards. Thanks
