    My husband requires this same assistance. We've never had an issue in any port. Always wheelchair assistance is available. Just ask.

    One of my reservations used the credit but my 2nd reservation charged my credit card $78. The rep at Princess told me to go to guest services on board and they will fix it.

    Honestly, teeth can break on mashed potatoes. Sometimes when they are ready to go, they go.

    Ty for this. I use a walker and can walk on my own and go up and down stairs. It is more a balance issue. Yes, my DH will be at my side!

    This happened to me too. My first night booked at Crown Grill was "free" but my second booking hit my CD for $78. I used the chat feature on the website and was told this happens often and to go to guest services when I board and they will reverse it. This is nuts. You obviously know this is a glitch. Fix it!!!

    Hi all! Both hubby and I are a bit mobility challenged and am reading many posts that reference a walk to the excursion dock. Is there a golf cart or small shuttle bus to help us folks to get from the ship into the gathering area?

    We are on the Sept 16 Alaskan cruise on Majestic. I am mobility impaired and am trying to find out if any of our ports on this particular itinerary are tendered. Can someone point me in the right direction to get info or already have the info? Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Icy Straight Point. Ty!!!
