  1. I do not require full time wheelchair assistance but the length of walk from ship to excursion busses is often too much for me. Does anyone know if the staff will assist me with one of their chairs? Ty
  2. Ty for this. Yes, I am speaking of ordering a glass of wine, not a bottle. As busy as staff can be, I am hoping a pre-emptive tip will help them to keep an eye on my glass. I always tip the wait staff (assigned dining so same folks every night) on the last night of the cruise but would like to have my wine person keep an eye on my glass!
  3. During dinner in the MDR who keeps my wine glass full? Is it the waiter or the assistant waiter? I want to request this on night one with a cash incentive!
  4. I got mine for $19.99+ for my OTS to Alaska in July. I purchased it at "40% off" back in October. Current "sale price" is $27.99+. Score!!!! Got 3 pkgs for dh, nephew and niece to use and deluxe alcohol for me at 64.99+.
  5. Anyone know what time early dining is on Ovation of the Seas for July to Alaska?
  6. Thank you for your question! We are treating nephew and family to an Alaskan cruise with us. This will make it easier to know my arrive time will automatically be theirs too.
  7. We had it last June but now it is no longer on the MDR menu. It was there 2 weeks ago.
  8. We are sailing on OTS to Alaska on July 14, 2023. The menu on the app changed about 2 weeks ago. Now there is no lobster night! Is this happening on any other ships? Bummed.
  9. I'm on the sailing right after yours. First time in a suite and poor DH got an ear infection and vertigo. Dr said no travel. 27 yo granddaughter able to get off work with short notice and will join me. Looking forward to your review!
  10. Hubby has an ear issue now and we can't fly. Cruise sails on the 4th. We will now drive from Sacramento. Is there a nicer hotel near the port that I can leave the car at? Ty!
  11. I admit...I was one of them! Oh well...even I've been called worse!😁
  12. I'll have to try that on our Feb cruise. This will be our first time in CS and Retreat. I am loving your food pics!
  13. I always have a printed copy of my xpress pass, passport and vaccine card with me. The only other document you may need is a special requirement of one of your ports i.e. a visa.
  14. Is it still a bit of a walk up a steep gang way when you are a suite quest? DH has mobility issues so we have wheelchair help for him. Would be great to have an easier way to board. Thanks
  15. Looking forward to your comments and hopefully some pics! Have fun!!!
  16. In the Tuscan grill, the Pistachio Marble Creme Brulee is memorable! Delicious!!!
  17. DH and I are sailing Feb 4 in our first Celebrity retreat cabin. Is there a separate area for retreat guests out of San Pedro and if yes, relative location. Thanks!
  18. I booked an excursion on the train in Panama and then saw a weight max of 300lb. Hubby is 320 but doesn't look it. Do they really weigh you? If yes, where? At the dock? Don't want to board a bus to train station then get told no and be stuck. Ugh, this is a bummer. I understand a weight limit on a zip line, but a train?
  19. We always book across from the elevator. Never had a noise issue.
