We have the browse package for 2 devices. We will most likely upgrade to the browse and stream package but we will have at least 4 maybe 5 devices total. My husband;s phone has the ability to hotspot. Would our best option be to upgrade the 2 devices to browse and stream and use the phone to hotspot for the remaining devices? Is this possible. We've never done this before on a cruise. We recently used his phone to hotspot when we were in France but that was only for a couple of days. Our cruise is 11 nights. My husband thinks his hotspot is limited to 40 gigs.

Are the people with the drink packages in your cabin? If they have their own cabin you don't have to purchase the drink package.

There are only 3 spa services listed on the pre purchase portion of the website that I can see. Wondering if anyone has a link to a spa services menu so I can see if there is something I would rather book onboard instead of the limited pre purchase offerings.

I submitted status match for all 3 of us and so far 2 have been approved. Can I apply the status match and get the discount on my first cruise with MSC? The cruise isn't until next June so based on my understanding of the program we would get the 5% loyalty discount plus the 5% discount for booking 12 months in advance. TIA.

Everyone saying that MSC randomly cancels cruises has me paranoid so I've been logging in every day just to check on it. Today it says I can't access that part of the website. I submitted loyalty match requests this morning so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I also submitted a request to transfer the booking to a TA a couple of days ago. Could either of those impact my access to the website? Is this just a bad website or something I should be concerned with? If they cancel a cruise do they notify the TA? I know people have said that they don't notify the customers.

I was just looking at the terms and conditions of their current offers and one of them is an 80% off the single supplement offer. If that doesn't work you can just book 2 people and have one of the people no show. My aunt did that to my grandmother on a family cruise we had booked. She just decided day of she didn't want to go. They refunded her port charges.

I'm trying to do status match for my Celebrity status but the MSC website says I need to upload pictures of my physical cards. I don't have physical cards. Can I do it without the picture of the cards?

It looks like I found the proper form and emailed and faxed it to the department for existing reservations. I got an auto generated response. How long does it usually take for MSC to transfer the booking to the TA?

Princess offers the option to search for economy, premium economy and business and you can mix and match each leg of the air travel. Our cruise is out of Northern Europe so I don't really want to do an economy overnight flight. If they offer the option of booking your flights with them they likely offer the option to book business class. When do they require payment for the airfare? Princess lets you book 300 days from the end of your cruise but you don't need to pay for the flights until final payment.

What virus? Noro or covid? If noro is making its rounds I understand why things are off kilter. My husband recently had it and spent the whole weekend sleeping. I wouldn't want to get noro and be stuck in a cruise cabin with the rest of my family and end up infecting them.

I have a hold on a cruise with the plus pricing but was just looking and for 16 nights it's only $320 more per person for the first and second person. I'm pitching this tonight so I need opinions. Caribbean Princess for a midnight sun sailing next June. We are moderate drinkers. Husband likes wine and I like fruity and frozen cocktails. On Celebrity I like to upgrade to the premium package because I really like knowing there isn't anything on the menu I can't order. We would do the specialty dining anyway so having it included and only having to pay for our son's meal would be a bonus. There are 5 sea days so I think the drink package will get a good amount of use. My husband doesn't like being nickle and dimed. I currently have a similar but shorter cruise booked on MSC but what I've read has me concerned because we don't have Yacht Club booked and I feel like he's going to feel nickle and dimed. The Princess cruise isn't much more expensive than the MSC one and the Princess one gives me a better gut feeling. I really want to switch to the Princess sailing so can you guys help me out?

I found a pretty nice Midnight Sun cruise on the Caribbean Princess for next June. I'm presenting my findings to my husband tonight for him to decide if he likes it. My only hesitation is the cabin that would suit us is D734 and it says there's an obstruction. I googled deck plans and the one I found has a notation that the obstruction is only slight and shouldn't be an issue. It's a deep aft balcony so that should appeal to my husband. Can anyone give me guidance on how bad the obstruction actually is or point me in the direction to find pictures?

The TA said I needed to call MSC to do it. I called and was on hold for a while and didn't get through. Googling found me a form that I filled out and set to an MSC email but it bounced back. Does anyone have the correct email address. I emailed the TA but I'd just like to get this done.

Can someone explain #21 to me? We are in a suite so this interests me. We don't really have any high status on another line to transfer over. We'll be in Europe so the private island doesn't interest me. We've done most of the Caribbean and don't have plans to do it again. We are on deck 11 forward so not sure how far we are from restaurants.

This doesn't surprise me because any time I've heard of them being offered the advice was always to book it as soon as you get on board. Anyone know where and when I would do this? Any chance they let you sit in the captain's chair? I think Princess allows that and we had planned on doing this on a booking that got cancelled due to covid and now postponed until a regime change in Russia.

My husband was the one who choose the cruise after watching an episode of Mighty Ships. I think North Cape is specifically what caught his attention. I'm not sure if getting deep in the fjords is something that even interests him. He looked up all of the ports before he suggested it to me so it must meet whatever he thinks is important.
