I do my research, figure out exactly what cruise, category, room, etc. and THEN call my PVP. I like using one, because it's so easy to call them if a problem comes up. It was particularly helpful when Covid cancelled our 12 day Med cruise. I was able to get everything handled with a phone call. Later, when wishing to use credits to rebook cruises, she was willing and able to handle that for me, as well.
