graphicguy can you please clarify. Do youi know if they were pouring by the glass for P+? (Not a wine/champagne fan, but saw plenty of the Vieuve bottles around.)

Now that your sailing is done, can you report back your experience with veuve/haven and veuve throughout the ship.

Was onboard in March and loved the P+ because of the Veuve. Will be back onboard in July and hoping that things change back before then. On board complaints I am sure are many. If you cant bring back the Veuve by the glass then at least add something non rose.

SO disappointing ! I just upgraded to free at sea plus for the Veuve. ☹️ My cruise is in september, Hopefully, they will add another White champagne (not Rosé) by this time. I hope they realize the disappointment over the veuve and put it back on. Alternately, a decent non rose. I have a feeling if they do add back a non rose it is going to be a not great one unfortunately.

"The nice thing about having the PLUS package is I can order and taste anything and if I don't like it order something else. This is the by the glass list at the champagne bar on the MSC Merivaglia. The 1st seven are champagnes. Selection and price!!! NCL take note.

I found this on wine.com. For me not an appealing description. Winemaker Notes A festive salmon pink,with a subtle tinge of rust.

I hope they are in the process of acquiring another champagne. It is my only drink on board. Had the P+ last 2 cruises. I love Veuve. I love Perrier Jouet. Moet is good. Mumms is terrible. I do not drink/like Rose. Prosecco, Cava or Sparkling Wine. Really disappointed at this moment.

We will be onboard July 9th. Really looking forward to the private island. Great story about the guy and the golf cart. and we will try Hola because of your review and pics. Thanks Jamie.

We used our room card for both table games and drinks. Host desk was inefficient/useless.

We were on 3/18/2023 sailing and never received our welcome letter, casino cards and drink cards. Told the host/s and still never came. Does anyone have the welcome letter from any of the March sailings. Interested in name of manager, shift supervisors, etc. that they can post? Thanks.

recently on the joy. get this. in the casino on friday afternoon asked the host about comps for the weeks play for me and hubby. answer. you have 2 credit cards on file you need to go to guest relations. ?????????? what? what does our loss/theo/tier points have to do with casino comps? hubby talked to executive host. said it is our system. admitted to it. antiquated yes. ridiculous yes. frustrating yes.

We are just off this sailing. I will confirm that the haven bar staff and the haven bar waiters are overworked due to being understaffed. We ordered a wrap that didn't come after 1 hour and had to reorder. We waited and waited and waited for the usual order of 1 champagne and 1 water. Was served with a glass with lipstick on it. Waited up on the sundeck on a port day for a glass of ice that was told 2 times was coming, and it never came. We shared our experiences with anurag, asst concierge and told him we felt it was due to understaffing. (we only relayed experience and did not mention names)

Food looks great Charla. Curious what champagne you are drinking? (We had not so good luck by the glass last 2 cruises in luminae.) Safe travels home today!
