  1. Just looked, it doesn't show on the phone but KeithJenner and I both mentioned them both being from the UK.
  2. I'm on a PC and right under the screen name (to the left of the actual message) is where it says where you are from. Like you are from Los Angeles and joined CC Oct 6, 2009. I don't know if it displays the same on a phone or not. I rarely use my phone on CC.
  3. But that is US rules. They are in the UK with different terms & conditions than us.
  4. Did you log into your NCL account to see what it says? All three should have the drink package, but only guests 1&2 will have the dining package. Look under Vacation Summary
  5. You have to also have a dining package. You have to book any fixed price places first (Moderno, Teppanyaki etc) and then book the ala carte dinners. That way the booking system thinks you are using your dining plan but when you go to the dinner you just use your coupon. Then you can book as many a la carte as you want.
  6. Occasionally they do but only in one or two categories - not across the board. They send out an email telling you. It has the old minimum crossed out and then shows the new minimum to entice more bids. But it isn't common.
  7. This doesn't apply on the Dawn. ALL Club Balcony Suites are on the same deck.
  8. I hope they aren't really going to try to take the dinner vouchers away from the 3rd eligible person in a stateroom. Two diamonds and a sapphire in a 2 bedroom suite certainly deserve the dinners we each earned. I hope this is just a case of omission but the "• 2 guests maximum – Dinner for Two vouchers are issued as a per stateroom benefit" scares me!
  9. No knowledge of "Steff's" sex but let's just say that the men's room on the pool deck of the Dawn also has a similar window and I am definitely a woman......Have photos of several of us in there very late at night checking out their window. (We did make sure it was vacant at the time.) 😂 🙃
  10. We were not limited to $35 in January on Gem or May on Joy.
  11. When I received the letter from NCL that I had been outbid on the 2BR (H6) suite on the Joy in May, I went in and lowered my bid - and a few days later (Tue before Sun cruise) I was awarded the H6. So I think NCL does the live bidding when the bids are lower than they would like as incentive to get more people to bid higher. I didn't care if I got it or not since we were already in the Haven but you can lower your bid......I did it and still won the bid!
  12. And you'll also need that friend with you if you plan to drink it outside of your stateroom unless you only plan to fill your glass and leave the bottle behind. Once you take it to a restaurant and it doesn't have a sticker on it (showing you paid the corkage fee) and you don't have the beverage package, you will be charged the corkage fee.
  13. At the time of our cruise they were still requiring everyone that got off the ship in Norfolk be retested for Covid so we didn't plan to get off in VA. As it turned out, we became the first cruise on the Joy that did not have to be retested but since I had already scheduled LCR for 1PM that day, we still didn't get off. We didn't find out until that morning that no further tests would be required. So I only glanced at the excursions that were available. I know there was a sailboat excursion I briefly thought about doing. There was also one over to Virginia Beach. Other than that, I really don't remember.
  14. The Joy stops in Norfolk on Mondays on her way to Bermuda. We were just on her May 22, 2022.
  15. My guess is it is the Tapas Food Truck - not sure whether it will be inside or outside but I think it's part of the "Indulge Food Hall" which is outside.
  16. It's not just the website. My first try was on the app and the second was on the website....both are messed up as far as "Entertainment" is concerned.
  17. Mine is $719 USD for me and $0.00 for my hubby but it gives an error when I try to add it to my cart just to see if the prices change. 🙃 Edit to add: I just tried it on ncl.com and it tells me that page took a permanent vacation! I guess they are working on it.....
  18. While there are some that are just now finding out about this benefit (not sure where they have been all this time), there are many of us that have been submitting and receiving the benefit since the beginning. I figure I have collected $2150 in OBC from the Shareholder Benefit so far. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks, sometimes it's done in 2 days. If anything it seems to be applied quicker now but the emails are not always sent out letting us know. We just log in to see it has been applied.
  19. MarineTraffic showed Trieste first too and then Sea Trials and then Trieste again.
  20. If you are in the Haven call the Pre-concierge to make all your reservations 1-855-625-4283. They made all 7 of ours - 6 Specialty & 1 @Hudsons. On ncl dot com only Los Lobos & Hudson Commodore are available to book but pre-concierge made all of ours (Los Lobos, Cagneys, LeBistro x2, Palomar, Onda and Hudson) and sent me the dining amenity confirmation.
