  1. That is definitely not a problem, I'm just not sure that it is guaranteed that they will refund the money.
  2. I understand what everyone is saying. However, my TA specifically stated that the OBC would not be available until on board. Maybe it will be refundable though...
  3. Well, the SBC won't be in my account until I'm on board. Therefore, I can't pay for excursions until I board unless I pay with my own funds. That is the conundrum.
  4. Thank you! That was very helpful. I won't worry about booking ahead then and hopefully Viking will refund once they receive the OBC from the TA.
  5. Hi, We booked through a TA and were given 600 OBC. I don't think that will be available until we actually board the ship. So my question, is there anyway to use this to prebook excursions? Or do I just have to wait and see if there are any excursions still available once onboard? Susan
  6. We are cruising from A to B on Sept 2. Anyone else? We are a party of 4, first time river cruisers. This has been so sad to read all of this. But we are going ahead with our trip and hoping for the best. We will enjoy it no matter what, but hope that it is mostly as advertised!
  7. The Netherlands defines fully vaccinated as having received your final primary dose of COVID-19 vaccination no more than 270 days prior to travel. After 270 days the Netherlands requires you receive an additional booster dose of vaccine. There are no exceptions or exemptions to the booster dose requirement. The booster dose is considered valid immediately upon receipt and does not expire.
  8. Currently, the Netherlands requires one booster if the you 2nd vaccination was more than 270 days before. No 2nd booster is required though.
  9. I know that you are refunded the drink package for days not on a ship. Not sure about tips though and would love to know the answer...
