It feels strange not to have the tablecloths but I guess it saves on the environment and costs and when I think of home we never use a tablecloth only mats so shouldn't seem that odd I suppose

Just checked with my TA not expecting to see the obc added but she sent me an updated invoice n request with it added so I think the new system looks pretty robust finger's crossed so thats me done for this year.

Applied 3.30pm yesterday approved and confirmed 10.30am this morning so 20hrs from application to adding OBC to September cruise .That was very quick .

Does seem reasonably straightforward now that it has been updated on the site .It states 90 days before your cruise so will now wait till that date arrives in future although I jumped the gun on my May cruise using stockperks but they added at approx 105 days .

Emailed stockperks about obc after 31st July their reply was that given the investment P and 0 had made with stockperks they would have thought they would continue from May onwards .We will see.

I haven't needed to ask it has always been there on account so have not really needed to ask .Only asked this last time to make sure stockperks had worked when I payed balance for my May cruise this year so I don't need to change my TA when she has helped me on many occasions with transfers and cancellations due to health ,covid ,etc and gives very good advise ,and we may not even have to worry if they take this share perk off us

Don't need to get a new TA never failed in 20 cruises wether I asked for comfirmation or not

My TA doesn't send an updated invoice but happy to send one on request

Will have to wait a few years on mine although don't owe me anything in real terms got my money back in obc and small amount of divi just plain profit on whatever price I can get in the future .There for a rainy day .

Just a heads up reading the terms and conditions from last year, 28th February 24 you have to book by to get the share obc upto the 31st July so if you are thinking of booking a late cruise say June or July 24 say guess you most book by 28th Feb 24

I applied for mine 10 days before I paid the balance to TA to see if it got added and it did. Its still more then 90 days away at the moment so I don't think you have to pay

When I applied I decided to go straight to stockperks and set up account with my certificate which then got approved and then claimed my obc which was approved in about 4 days was over the weekend .I didn't bother with p and o ,so I did it off my own back don't know if I was right or wrong to do this but everything is set up and I have checked with my TA and she confirmed it had been added

Never involved my T A always previously done it myself via carnivalshare email so thats why I have started using stockperks ,in saying that I have never been told from P and O to use stock perks dispite emailing them, so don't know if they will update their website on how to claim .Very confusing which way to go but I guess what ever works for yourself best as long as we get the same result

Further update on my #108 ?Payed my cruise for May 24 via my cruise travel agent and she confirmed that the £150 share obc had been applied ,so looks like you can ask to apply before paying in my case it was 4 to 5 weeks before P and O would have needed payment so looks like stockperks via app has worked for me so will have confidence to use again in May for my September cruise , also confirmed that a £50pp cancellation charge has been reinstated by them plus the dep paid to P and O .

So if we all stick to our allotted times thst seems to be the best we can hope for

Yes but you wouldn't have 5000 passengers at one time

Would it not be a good idea to say you can enter the terminal say at the most 1 hour before your boarding time surely that would allow people to wait inside and the seats would not get full only by the hourly flowing passengers

Did you put the date in correctly seem to think when I first tried it took me 3 goes to format the date correctly in the American way .
